jonnysessy: Melcapital, it seems you have unmasked Megawealth01 in this faceless forum. The two write up is more or less the same to me. The coincidences can happen in so many things (can't rule that out completely) . Except we would charge someone for plagiarism. Well, l wait for the response of Megawealth01 to this post. I believe he is a man of principles and integrity. Megawealth's real name starts with O |

So that was the simplest question you could ask the AI search. Did you ever ask the AI app during cbex if it was a scam or MBA forex for Same question. I am asking for a friend . Next time you want to ask AI about a company. Ask about specific fundamental things regarding the company mostly about financial results.....no vex Oga Street, no kill person with laugh o! |

SohSoh: What r u talking about... i gave Mecure as a buy recommendation few weeks ago. Or you want to say Mecure is a scam company like Ellah Lakes I recall you also posted your ‘portfolio’ a few days ago while complaining about ‘hypocrisy’ and that people didn’t buy MECURE. The funny thing is that I couldn’t find the same MECURE in your list of stocks. Was that an omission? |

Care4: Adjusting my portfolio, I accidentally sold ZENITH (at 102%) thinking I placed bid for additional units. Didn't notice until I got the CSCS alert. Is it a good time to jump back in or observe the market? Sorry to hear that. It has happened to me once, especially when I am conducting trades on small screen devices while being slightly distracted. If your online broker app has a confirm page you can always look at it again before placing the trade. With regard to that stock, you could keep the cash aside from the sale and buy the same number of shares when the price has dropped to ~ 96% of what you sold it for (that is to offset the cost of commissions) and buy your desired additional units as well. I don't see most of those share prices 'blowing up' before Q2 results are released. |

unite4real: Does that mean if the bids was N50 Billion and offer was also N50 billion we would say it's oversubscribed by 100%.
So I thought it was 183% subscribed but 83% oversubscribed. After the full subscription, the the difference is the excess and the oversubscribed figure.
I thought that after full subscription, the amount in excess is the oversubscribed amount and we have to divide that difference by the the total amount offered and multiply by 100 to get the oversubscribed percentage.
That was what I was thinking That is a very logical statement. However, I think that's just the way it is reported in the business world. https://dailytrust.com/access-holdings-rights-issue-records-105-76-oversubscription/ |

unite4real: What is this nairametrics and DMO authors are even saying.
Total offer was N50 Billion Total bids N91.2 Billion.
How is this 183% oversubscription. Should it not be 83%?
Abeg maybe there is something I am not getting right. It's actually oversubscribed to the tune of 182.4%, meaning that the bids almost doubled the offer. Simply put: Total bids/Total offers x 100% |

Streetinvestor2: I will prefer to join the ones that are winning steady as they no get two head.
Opportunity cost is now very important in the stage we are now in this business. This kind of naira devaluation does not happen every time. When stocks finish repricing because of devaluation. It will get a time if you see 30% appreciation you go thank God. So is best you join the winning side now before the market go enter that stage. No be lie . |

Tvegas: I know that feeling 😆😆. I Bought Access for like N9 during the Covid meltdown ,held this for long and had to sell off at some point . It never met my target for Capital appreciation. It was the worst performing stock of that era for me. I bought UCap at N3, Zenith at N11,GTB at N20,Wapco at N28.
Access is always full of potentials but perennially under-delivers. That's how Spain's football teams used to perform before they won the Euros in 2018 and the World Cup in 2020 |

Abi my ears no hear well because he mentioned they have land for it in two states. And did not say what crop and quantity they are getting in those two places Me sef dey confused. He was not specific and it did not sound like any actual farming has started in those two states.
