Foreign AffairsRe: Nigeria's Tinubu, Ivory Coast's Ouattara And Senegal's Mack Sall by panafrican(op):
Napata77:
IF YOU WERE A LEADER OF SENEGAL or IVORY COAST, you would be shaking in your bed right now, and willing to send troops to flush out the coupists in Niger, to discourage your army from trying to seize power.
You are right. If I were in Cote d'Ivoire I would be scared as H.e.l.l. because of the following ( Just to name a few):

1. I came to power thanks to a rebellion that committed a genocide , killing more than 60 000 people.

2. In only one day, my rebel troops killed , burned alive, cut the throats of 1000 people who took refuge at a
Church in the city of Duekoue , Western part of Ivory coast.

3. I recruited thousands of radical Muslim from Burkina Faso as mercenaries to kill , rape, burn alive thousands of people
from 2002 through 2012.

4. I practiced ethnic cleansing

5. I was never held accountable , but I sent the ousted president to the Hague with the help from French president
Nicolas Sarkozy, the criminal who destroyed Libya.

6. I promised Urbi et orbi that I would not run for a 3rd term as stated in the constitution, but when the 2020 election deadline was
closing in, I poisoned my prime minister , and when he died , I used his death as an excuse to run for a 3rd term .

7. When the population of Ivory coast rose up in 2020 to oppose my 3rd term bid, I unleashed thousands of
militiamen on them to kill, burn alive and rape. My supported even took pride cutting a protester's head off and playing football with that head , then they put the image on social media.

8. I barred the main opposition leader ( Laurent Gbagbo ) from running for president, and removed his name from
the voters' list

The list is long.

Now Senegal
Yes I would be scared like a MOFO if I were the president of Senegal . Here a re few reasons.

1. A tried to override the constitution to run for a 3rd term. When millions of Senegalese took to the street
to protest, I hired thousands of gangsters to work hand -in-hand with police , the military and the military police
to shoot protesters . More than 100 people died.

2. I sent my opponent ( Mr. Sonko ) to jail and accused him of rape. When the rape charge proved ridiculous, I charged him
with " stealing a cell phone" when police came to arrest him.

3. I removed my opponent's name from the voters' list and barred him from running for the upcoming presidential election.

4. As we speak right now, the main opposition leader is in a coma in a hospital room in Dakar , following the torture he was submitted to
in jail.

5. I jailed his lawyer.

YES I would be scared and eager to send troops to Niger , just to tell my military " You 'll see, if you overthrow me
ECOWAS will come after you., but they will not say a single word when I'm twisting Democracy in my country ,and
killing you or jailing you.".

Foreign AffairsA Closer Look: ECOWAS Has A Puppet Ready To Take Over when Bazoum Dies. by panafrican(op):
In the 1990s, then US president Bill Clinton was able to send troops to Haiti to re-instate ousted president Jean Bertrand Harristide
because the latter was abroad, not at the mercy of coup leader general Raoul Cedras .
Taking a step back amid all the frenzy brouhaha around ECOWAS’s onslaught on Niger , one wonders
how ( or why ) that organization can be so stubborn notwithstanding the fact that Bazoum is in custody , with his head at the gunpoint of Niger’s military rulers. The most likely answer is this : ECOWAS engaged in a Machiavellian strategy . They already consider Bazoum dead, and they prepared their man. The one who will take over after the ECOWAS elephant breaks all the glasses in the house ( stirring a big mess in Niger). The guys who might benefit from Bazoum’s death are his closest allies who are in hiding in Niger or abroad. They are dreaming to take over after dropping their crocodile tears over the News on Bazoum’s death.

That team should also include Catholic Bishops or the cardinal. This is not the time to spring up a religion, it must be inclusive.
Secular African chiefs should also be part of that team. Hope this will happen when the Nigerian delegation returns to Niamey.
This been said, Niger's authorities should be careful because ECOWAS might be tricking them on purpose to strike them off guard.
The French might be digging a tunnel from their military base - as the Peruvian commando did in 1997 to free the hostages at the Japanese Embassy in Lima Peru-.

Reading
Tupac Umaru Rebel Assault on The Japanese Embassy in Lima, Peru.

In Lima, Peru, Peruvian president Alberto Fujimori orders a commando assault on the Japanese ambassador’s home, hoping to free 72 hostages held for more than four months by armed members of the Tupac Amaru leftist rebel movement.

On December 16, 1996, 14 Tupac Amaru terrorists, disguised as waiters and caterers, slipped into the home of Japanese Ambassador Morihisa Aoki, where a reception honoring the birthday of the Japanese emperor was being held. The armed terrorists took 490 people hostage. Police promptly surrounded the compound, and the rebels agreed to release 170 women and elderly guests but declared they would kill the remaining 220 if their demands were not met.

The Tupac Amaru Revolutionary Movement (MRTA) was founded in 1984 as a militant organization dedicated to communist revolution in Peru. A few days after the hostage crisis at the Japanese ambassador’s home began, the rebels released all but 72 hostages and demanded the release of 400 MRTA members imprisoned in Peru. Among the important officials held hostage in the Japanese ambassador’s home were the brother of President Fujimori, Foreign Minister Francisco Tudela; supreme court judges; members of the ruling party; and a number of foreign ambassadors from Japan and elsewhere. President Fujimori, who was known for taking a hard-line stance against leftist guerrillas in Peru, did not give in to the key points of the rebels’ demands and in April 1997 ordered an assault on the complex by a 140-man special forces team.

After secretly warning the hostages 10 minutes before the attack, the special forces team set off a blast in a tunnel underneath the building, which surprised the rebels and killed eight of the 14 immediately. The rest of the elite soldiers attacked from several other directions, overwhelming the remaining terrorists. All 14 rebels were killed in the assault, including the leader, Nestor Cerpa, who was shot multiple times. Only one hostage, Supreme Court Justice Carlos Giusti, was killed in the attack, and of the several soldiers wounded during the rescue operation, two later died from their injuries.

Foreign AffairsThwarting A Warplane Raid On Niger: Here Is How The Nigeriens Should Proceed. by panafrican(op): 2:21pm On Aug 13, 2023
Algeria, Burkina Faso and Mali closed their airspace to protect Niger, great ! Now there is a tiny but serious spot to keep an eye on. That spot is Djibouti, a small country with at least six military bases belonging to FRANCE, Germany, The United States, The United Kingdom, Spain and Italy.
That ‘s why - Chad Not being reliable- Niger's authorities should work with Libya, Sudan, Central African Republic and Cameroon, to close the spaces there. Once this is done, there should be some Air Defense Missile in Burkina Faso next to the boarder with Benin and unfriendly country . Mali and Burkina have those missiles.
Any warplane that uses Benin’s towards Niamey, Niger should be shot down.
Meanwhile, Niger should watch the Nigerian border closely so that any warplane that enters Niger from the Nigerian side is shot down within the first 10 second of its entry.
See the map.

Foreign AffairsRe-thinking A Deal : Brics Currency, Some Say 1 BRIICS = $ 55 by panafrican(op): 3:53pm On Aug 12, 2023
Re-thinking a deal huh
$ 55 for 1 BRICS. How strong are South africa's goods and its economy compared to those of China, India, and Russia? This will benefit China not South Africa. How strong are your Universities?
Why would someone spend that much money to go live, or do business, or go to school in South Africa? Moreover Year 2021 data show the following in terms of population
China: 1. 412 Billion
India: 1. 408 Billion
Brazil : 214 million
Russia : 143. 4 million
South Africa: 59.39 million
Why would people invest in South Africa with such heavy money instead of going to Brazil, China, India and Russia which that have more and better infrastructure? This looks like South Africa will be used like a moda foka.
Last but not least: Nigeria with its population ( more than 200 million ) and its huge natural resources would do better in the BRICS organization.
