Why is IMF matter coming up on the front page almost everyday?

Government approval to study abroad, even if sponsorship is private, is not right.
It is like trying to impose an "exit visa" on the citizens.

Jungle is a derogatory colonialist word, which is used for a forest in the tropical regions in general, and in Africa in particular.
As stated in the description, the word "jungle" cannot be used for a forest in the temperate regions, no matter how such a forest looks like.
What can we do?
We may simply call every forest a "forest".

As has been suggested on this thread, this is just an excuse for land grabbing.

This is just a theory:

On 6 July 1998, Abiola (still in detention) was asked about his stand on his claim to become president. He sought advice from his closest (political) associates.
Abiola did not relinquish his claim. He died the next day (7 July 1998), which happened to be the last day of the 30-day mourning period.

What the IMF is saying is, "Don't take loans from them, take loans from us."
However, all external loans should stop, regardless of the lending institution.
