Ok. Last year, I port to Etisalat and back to MTN. The process was as easy and smooth. Koko, I was able to use my line same day I initiated the port process. I have been trying since 5 days without success to port to Glo network. After them go say patronise made in 9ja.

Thank you for helping me to answer your question . mobile brand don't set up service center in a country when it is not so necessary .the main goal of setting up a service center is to attend /treat warranty related issue. When you have a product that has a strong reliability , I.e out of 1000 batch , you only have 50 developing fault after purchase , why set up a service center for just fifty phones ? You get? .

Apple product most of the time are replaced when they get faulty , they do not allow for level 2 and level 3 repair .

I get ur point. Iphone users are very comfortable, such that, they can always buy another phone when one gets bad. Absence of service center might not be an issue.

But you have to realise that for Android manufacturers who think about the low, middle and high end users, apple who thinks only about the high end user can't be a benchmark. Just my thoughts.

Though I have not seen any motivation to encourage apple's exploitation by buying any of its products, I'll will tell u the drag in android is network induced.
I have used upto note 3 and s5, I am now using infinix zero 3.
I have also used mtn both android plan & several tweaks. Glo and etisalat too.
In all, u will experience drags. I power my device with swift 4g and the experience is a wow.
