Governor Dickson says his allocation dropped from N18b per month to about N6b and that state owned airport is about 60% complete, Silva says he has come to correct the mistakes he made when he was governor from 2007-2012.

Timi Silva is from Brass and very popular in his area. Dickson is from Sagbama and also very popular in Sagbama and Southern Ijo areas.. The Bayelsa election is in December with than 5 weeks from today.

The 2015 elections is battle of two unpopular candidates..
