I have been to the US, UK and many western countries several times and I still have UK visa valid for 10 yrs and US visa renewed last year. I have had similar experience before. You are reacting to Piperaquine which is a bisquinoline composition of P-Alaxin. This has got nothing to do with having sex with a lady or you being purnished by God. I am sure the adverse reaction started after the 2nd or last dose of the Antimalaria drug. Please I need urgent advise on my Canada TRV application. I submitted a family package on the 29th of September 2017 online. I got a letter today : Procedural fairness addressed to my wife stating that she did not disclose her previous visa refusals at US embassy in June and September this year. Though she answered "yes" in the section 2b & 2c on the form for visa denials but she only made comments on previous Canada Visa refusals only. The Visa officer gave us 15 days to respond to this letter with any representation. She has got US visa before but renewal was approved. She didn't withhold the US visa refusals intentionally, she thought since it was Canada visa application and after answering "yes" to the question, explanations concerning Canada refusals should be ok. My question is: After responding with reasons for non disclosure of US visa refusal , will our application be automatically denied ?? Has anyone ever encountered this same circumstance and visa got approval after sending reasons for non-disclosure? I am very worried, please anyone with experience about this matter should advise. Hello all I want to say a big thank you to all those that have contributed in one way or the other on this thread. I've applied twice previously for a trv and was refused both times. The last application before this third time was in Nov 2016. Anyway I decided to reapply again on the 19th of Sept and did bio on the 20th of Sept.. on the 24th of September I was asked for additional docs ( children's birth certificate ). I submitted this on the 27th of Sept. To God be the glory on the 5th of October I got passport request for myself,spouse and 2 kids.

Canada embassy in Nigeria have not been granting visas to genuine and qualified applicants recently, especially people using hotel booking to apply for Tourism visit. Though an invitation letter is not a guarantee of getting Canada TRV and likewise having a UK or US visa doesn't assure anyone of getting it. With reference to recent GCMS notes contents from friends and colleagues denied the TRV, Canada embassy doesn't consider hotel booking and tourism visit as a " COMPELLING REASON" to visit Canada due to Nigeria's current economic recession ( Stated on all GCMS notes recovered ) hence they ticked "PURPOSE OF VISIT". Most guys do make mistake by thinking that "Purpose of Visit" denial reason means lack of explanation of travelling purpose by the applicant, not that's not correct. I think applicants from Nigeria needs a more compelling reason to visit Canada apart from Tourism. Almost 98% of guys I knew applied for Canada TRV using Hotel booking got denied and they've visited US and UK without violating visa terms. However, that doesn't mean all applicants using hotel booking or applying as tourist would be denied.
