Trump said he will make America first but it's an illusion to think that everyone but America is the problem. By instilling fear into people, America will lose out on his soft position to attract the brightest mind and influence the world. Other countries will take advantage of this. America always prided itself as the home of democracy and free speech where thinking was allowed, especially at the intellectual level. Now, even America's neighbor, Canadians are no longer interested in going to the U.S. So for those who think it's just about sticking to you position or they think this is Christian VS Muslim, you are naive. The world is a much bigger place than your narrow view of the world.

I have no position in the matter but the truth is that USA will suffer for this because the only reason they used to do most of these activism around the world was for soft power. They will lose it in the next few years. Other countries will start forming alliances. Canada closed its borders to international students thinking it was to pacify Trump but once people start calling the bluff of Trump, they will seize the opportunity of the US loss. US falsely believes it can stay alone under Trump but the combined power of EU is stronger than US and Russia. Trump himself is afraid of currency blocs outside the dollar but there is no action without reaction.


For the right wing, they always think immigrants are mostly the problem. The truth is, the hunger of immigrants cannot match the laid-back attitude of the citizens whose politicians have deceived them and denied them good quality education they can no longer afford. That same education is what others see and come to the US. I wish the US the best but I clearly remember that during apartheid in South Africa, US institutions played a role in the discrimination.

What a country of foolish people who want to live like they are abroad but they are not there but they keep oppressing themselves with another man's currency 🤡 How can the naira grow? The man who gave the Nigerian policemen money was decent enough to have spent naira. How many Chinese do you see ogling over the dollar or pounds? I don't think Nigerians will be happy to find out $1=7.3 yuan. As long as a dollar is in thousands of naira, they are happy. Many people trying to japa are only lured by the conversion craze but they never ever compare to the expenses of living abroad or the cost of social amenities. Nigerians love and worship money and it's not for anything but bragging rights.

We like to look at another man's food and never like our own. If only we were competing with the abroad in infrastructure and quality of life, I would have said it's a good thing but most of the conversion to dollar is a crab in the bucket mentality to show others that they are above them. We are very confused and we need leaders who will realign our consciousness. For now, we are the black ants without a leader. Our leaders are not so different from us in this craze for dollar and anything foreign. It's psychologically demonic.

My main reason for creating this thread is because during the last election I supported tinubu n one of my guy supported obi.

The guy has been my friend for over 23 years n we both know much about ourselves down to family line.

One day we were arguing about politics n he said some shits to me cos I said I will vote tinubu, I just told him point blank that as from today henceforth we should never talk politics with me again that any day anytime he talks politics with me it will lead to serious quarrel.

Since then It affected our relationship that my wife asked what happened n I lied we are both busy, fast forward to last week he called me for an urgent need of 400k, Omo onile wanted to collect his land that he has invested huge money on n he was stranded.

I sent d money but since then I just Dey reason am, I didn't tell anyone aside d fact that I am dropping it here but I keep asking myself

Y didn't he call obi since he posted it on his WhatsApp that "Anyone who votes Tinubu should avoid me forever".


The basis is that don't burn bridges because of politicians, it's people around u that will help u when problem arise, I can bet obi doesn't know him n doesn't even care but people around u will b dere for u
