I will continue to say this infinix did this on purpose..imagne mai phone was no longer under warranty i went to dr cal care shit @ph d lady said my bill was 10k. Na so i carry mai phon up and down cuz d repair cost shud nt be above 4k..last last d engineer damaged mai screen in d process..had 2 get anther phone. D best thing is to change that charging port hard 2 get thou.

Rooting is not d problem if u ar under warranty they will do it. I had d same pblm mine wont show fast charge and connect to pc ur charging port is bad..

Your phone not charging at all might becharging port or charger.. But your phone not charging as fast as before is definitely the charger/usb

I know your response will be please vist our calcare bla bla bla...to start with, my infinix hot note flash charge has stopped working since last week...why?? I don't know myself and dosnt connect to pc anylonger..googled the pblm and to my suprise everybody is complaining abt this particular pblm...no solution whatsoever.. seems ur company did this on purpose so that when we go to calcare they will repair it bill us after and more money to the company...this is fraud

As at yesterday night it was charging fast, the flash charge was working with the follow come charge, later I tried it with a non-infinix charge, it was charging super slow and when I returned to charge it with the follow come charge it was also charging super slow.
