It's Parah 9th Anniversary!!!
The world is evolving and yes everyone including couples waiting to conceive need a *SHIFT.*

What are you thinking? How are you thinking? What in your opinion is the cause of your delay in conception?
What have you done? What can you do? Who are you speaking to? What are they saying to you?

It's about time to have a mind *SHIFT!* Having a *SHIFT* means, to stop all forms of negative thoughts around you.

You are not defeated when you cannot have a child due to conception delays, you are defeated when you stop learning and preparing yourself for the various opportunities available to you.

It is TIME to get off the fence on this Journey! There is need to have a *SHIFT* Spritually, Maritally and Medically in your journey to Fruitfulness.

The probability of IVF treatment working for you depends on a number of factors. Ignorance on various issues surrounding infertility is prevalent in our society where delay in having children is attributed to some negative power or other reasons. Why not be at this month meeting to unravel options available, chances of IVF working or not working for you and so on....

*Is knowledge Power or is Ignorance bliss?*

The impact of infertility related knowledge on patient anxiety and appraisal of treatment options cannot be quantified!
Infertility has been re-categorised as a disease by the American Medical Association and we all need to start recognising it as one.

Infertility has become a major problem in our society today considering that at 21 a woman has more than *1 million eggs* while at 27 she has only about *150,000*.
We need knowledge to combat most of the Ignorance and Myth that are baseless in fertility.

Why not seek *knowledge* over Ignorance and Myth to receive your long awaited expectations.. *A COMPLETE FAMILY.*

Be at this month meeting to seek knowledge for the Journey ahead! Also invite someone!
*Free Fertility Counseling available by a Fertility Centre at the meeting. Dont miss this opportunity*....................................... *Your testimony is Next*

Health / Journey To Parah by ParahFamily: 3:48pm On Jun 14, 2019
A journey can either be long or short, it can either be time bound or not. When a man sets out on a journey, there are lots of things you come across; it can either be good or bad. There are also different kinds of journey a man makes in a life time. It can be a physical journey, marital journey or a spiritual journey. Whichever journey a man wants to embark upon, you need strength to accomplish it. A journey can be full of stress or stress free and interestingly every man has one journey or the other to make in life and these journeys comes with diverse experiences and challenges.
Life itself is a journey not a destination. Everyone is created to embark on a journey of life which ends with a journey to eternity (heaven or hell). Journey is an act of traveling by a means from one distance to another. Man, as a creature has a part to play in the journey of life.
A journey might be straight or crooked, long, short, tedious or smooth. In all of these, what is most important is the destination. No matter how tedious, tense, long or crooked a journey is, it will surely end at a destination. It is also worth saying that this journey does not respect race, ethnicity, culture, gender or colour.
Life may not go as planned and you cannot know everything that will happen to you in the journey of life; there will be ups and downs, storms along the way, on this journey there are experiences to be gathered, lessons to be learnt and these are usually for a purpose. Some of the reasons or purposes could be to test your faith, develop your character, get you out of your comfort zone and strengthen you or to learn new things.
There is a saying that ‘Without test, there is no testimony’.
Parah is the product of real life challenge turned positive, using the pains and lessons to reach out to others facing the same; and thanks be to God who has created outstanding testimonies in the lives of many who have been touched by this sacrificial foundation. ‘Journey to Parah’
Are you wondering what PARAH means?
It means fruitfulness in Hebrew language, so the focus of the book “JOURNEY TO PARAH” is about ‘Journey to Fruitfulness’, meaning fruitfulness in the body.
This book promises to open our eyes to see how to walk in the path of fruitfulness.

Below are some of the testimonies of God's faithfulness in ParahFamily Foundation. Read more from http://parahfamilyfoundation.com/

1. Got married July, 2008. 2 years into the marriage, I was pregnant but lost it at 23 weeks the following year, I was pregnant again but it was ectopic. Joined Parah family foundation. In Parah thanksgiving 2016 I won the competition which was an all paid IVF treatment by the foundation at Kingsway Specialist Hospital and by the grace of God, we are blessed with triplets (3 Boys) in December, 2017. God is faithful! Mrs. Magi

2. Got married April, 2009.Was diagnosed of hormonal imbalance in 2012.Joined Parah Family Foundation in March 2013 but stopped after a while. Never knew God was going to answer my prayer through that ministry (Fertility foundation).In march 2017 God led me back to Parah meetings which hold every 3rd Saturday of each month at NUT pavilion Plot 5 Blk B Nerdc Rd, Alausa Central Business District beside Tisco Plaza,Opp Memorable Gathering, Alusa, Ikeja. Parah supported us to begin the IVF procedure in April, 2017. In December 2017, I delivered my set of triplets (2 boys and a girl).To God be the glory. Mrs. Daniels

3. Got married October, 2011. After a year of unprotected regular sex in marriage, I could not get pregnant. We went from one hospital to the other. We were diagnosed of infection and my husband was also diagnosed with low sperm count. We were invited to Parah family foundation where they started by praying. Thereafter, a Gynecologist lectured us on fertility and how to keep a good home on birthday July 11th 2016, I prayed, wept and I asked God to give me an uncommon birthday gift. In October 2016, Mrs. Odukoya (Parah Family Foundation Visioner) and her husband Pastor Tosin Odukoya (My Church Pastor) called I and my husband to get ready for our child that before December we must carry our child I just laughed because we had already lost hope, I and my husband said Amen oooo. She advised us to go for IVF and assisted us. On the 21st of July 2017, I gave birth to a baby girl, God gave me my birthday gift, God of all possibilities made it possible for me, and God changed my name from Aunty Busayo to mummy Praise, Mummy Oluwasheyifunmi etc. God fulfilled his promises over my marriage, He alone is worthy of my praise. The God that did it for me will do it for you. Your testimony is NEXT! Mrs. Busayo

4. Got married January, 2011. We desired to start having our children immediately but that didn’t happen. We tried on our own the whole of 2012 but nothing happened. In 2013,I was diagnosed with Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) and my hubby with low sperm count. In December 2013, Mrs. Airuoyo (President Parah Family Foundation) introduced me to Parah family. Parah encouraged us in prayers and medicals. In October 2016, we visited the gynecologist and I discovered I was already pregnant.
To God be the glory June 26th, 2017 I delivered a bouncing baby girl and my name changed from mum upstairs to mum Flourish Eyanrose Adegboruwa. Jesus did it. Mrs. Iyanu

Parah Family Foundation’s driving force is to eradicate ignorance, the misguided myths and social stigma associated with delayed fertility in our society hence the initiative to hold the maiden edition of the Parah Family Foundation Fertility Conference.

Parah Family Foundation Fertility Conference.

Why are we doing this?
In summary, the objectives of the conference are as follows:

1. To bridge the knowledge gap and re-orientate people’s perspective about infertility. The likely causes and solutions to infertility would be highlighted while long standing myths on the subject would be adequately addressed. People need not engage in the ‘blame game’ in families in the event of infertility;
2. Infertility is not final – there are legally acceptable and godly solutions to this challenge;
3. To create adequate sensitization at all levels of leadership as to the need for urgent legislative effort to enact and update (where necessary) the relevant laws governing assisted reproductive procedures in Nigeria.
