Beremx: Oh well, I have been trying since two days now to recharge my meter and the tokens I generated from POS and online vendors isn't going through. For the past two days I have been without electricity supply. I have been following comments of complaints on IKEDC social media handles and no solution at all. I was advised by a nairaland member to buy a little token from IKEDC website below which I did using transfer.
https://www.ie-payments.com/pay-bill
After I did, I tried to load. Immediately, my meter was connected and electricity was restored. I hope it works for others too because I have tried same with my neighbor and it didn't work
Nlfpmod Thanks for the update |

stevnwigw1: The country is hard and this is ill time to render citizens homeless in Lagos. Do not set up Lagos on flames because of tribalism. If demolition is the last resort, ensure you give them adequate accommodation, because what goes around comes around. If the Lagos state government stop destroying houses built on drainage, when Lagos gets flooded, it won't stop people like you from mocking the state. |

ExudeLoveToAll: You guys are pathetic with all these your bigotry on this forum.
Vote who you want to vote for and allow others rest.
Our brothers from the south east have voted in different elections in this fourth republic. In 1999 they voted south west, in 2003 they voted south west even when they had candidates like Ojukwu, Ike Nwachukeu etc. in 2007 they voted for the North west while in 2011 they voted the South South. In 2015 and 2019 they voted for the South South and North East respectively.
It is only in 2023 the south east voted for the South east in this fourth republic, interestingly the south east provided the best candidate out if the front runners in the last elections.
How then can you bring such statement against a people who had consistently voted against their brothers in this fourth republic?
Some of you just take what you are told or what you read without critical thinking skills to the fore. I asked again can you rate a tribe that has consistently voted against theirs for the past 2decades plus and decides to vote for a candidate from their region for the first time as tribalistic? Why do you have to cry this much because of my harmless comment? Ate you one of the people who cry a Yoruba man is supporting Tinubu but see nothing wrong when igbos support Obi? |

SoNature: Mvgv, it's an individual!
Besides, it's taking not taken. Well, civil society groups and individuals will keep on engaging in activities like Mr Victor Opatola will keep on challenging the government when they break the law. |
Politics › Re: Court Adjourns Suit Challenging Appointment Of EFCC Chairman Until 2024 by Paraman: 6:47am On Nov 23, 2023 |
SoNature: Civil society groups should be actively engaged in activities like this, always going to court to challenge the government when they break the law. That way, the laws are amended and we have a better country.
Unfortunately, the political class has totally destroyed the country and everyone is soo hungry. Now all the civil society groups are busy defending the government for peanuts and crumbs. If all the civil society are defending the government, who are these ones taken the government to court? |

sagitariusbaby: If the smelly criminally minded corrupt Supreme Court have any of iota shame left in them, they should upturn this injustice done to Yusuf of the NNPP. Or else they should be ready for the revolution that we all crave for which will set our dear Nation on the right track while saving it from the current political bandits at the helms of our affairs. This is the same way a lot of you were talking about a revolution if the tribunal ruled against obi. Una no dey learn anything. |
