u didn't copy ur contacts from ur previous phone to ur sim ,also store any number u get in ur sim rather dan ur phone cos ur phone might spoil ,be stolen ,etc n when u back up ur sim (if ur sim was lost den) u will get back all ur contacts ...do dis n thank me later
