I was once a student of each university.Though I lov OAU so much.but,to be frank and objectives U.I is better.
one thing I like about U.I is that,the students cant shout.The school speaks for itself unlike OAU students.

There are two kinds of students: Good ones and not so good ones. Both categories exist in public and private universities. However most private universities are new. Babcock was one of the first licensed private universites in Nigeria and graduated its first set in 2003. Thats 13 years ago.12 years experience if you deduct NYSC. Give it time. We will judge by products in the next 8 years or so. Meanwhile since you mentioned Babcock, let me educate you. Babcock has signed up with New Horizons and if you are in the Computer department you are encouraged to take professional exams as a requirement. If you pass Comptia Exams for example, it is global. whether you are in Nigeria or USA. Babcock has also partnered with ICAN to align their accounting program with that of ICAN. Babcocks MBA is under AACSB accreditation which no public university in Nigeria has. Even LBS just got theirs last month compared to schools such as UCT Business school in south africa that have triple MBA accrediation(EQUIUS,AMBA and AACSB). Some Babcock Graduates at the age of 22 have Bsc, Msc, Nysc and at least one professional qualification; education is fast and there is no strike at all. I can down grade all public unis in Nigeria from now till kingdom come. Mention one MBA Program in any public university in Nigeria that makes any sense. Thanks to Lagos Business School who are the leading light and they are private.
All in All, Education is meant to be relevant and not difficult. Whats the point of celebrating as is common in public unis that no one has had first class in a department for decades and they see that as excellence because it is difficult ? Whereas people who write the text books in those courses overseas have people graduating first class every year in their own department.

As a risk analyst, I visited MMM website when a friend was pestering my life to join. The website landing page gave me the first red flag. The site was crappy and I knew the back end will be a mess. As someone who read the case of BERNIE MADOFF, I warned my friend that it is just a matter of time for the end of MMM. Also, the language usage of MMM should make anyone with O/Level to know that this is a scam. I am most disappointed with our media in their reporting. There is nothing like a 'ban on withdrawal' as pointed out by MMM. No deposit was made in the first place. You only paid into someone's account. There is nothing like, all accounts 'frozen'.....There was nothing to 'freeze'.....What basically happened was that, the obligations that are due, exceed the current inflows. In other words, by robbing Peter to pay Paul, there will always be a problem when there is no Paulina to pay Peter...this is what MMM is currently facing. By paying 30%, and 10% to people, the system has created deficits that is probably in billions of naira. Getting new idiots to pay is now an issue. I laughed at many that still hope that MMM will come back in Jan. How? Who will PH? The guys in MMM have cleaned out for life. The website server is hosted where? Who registered it? Who are the guys at the back end? Who are the guys doing the matching as the website does not look like one that was configured to handle such task. And I am sure the crooks behind the MMM didnt have data scientists who can handle that given the millions of people who are participants. All in the name of PH, money was being deposited into these guys accounts and their collaborators called ' guiders' after they have created a 'goodwill' for months as many people actually 'benefited' from the scam. I have read many comments saying someone like me does not know how MMM works, Please I need anyone bold enough to come and engage me, I will make him look so stupid. It is no brainer that MMM works on the model of robbing one to pay another. Nothing else.
The statement released when it was 'frozen' says much about about how low the MMM guys think of the participants. The tone of the statement was that of a naija made scam.
I know many people who lost money in MMM......I can only pray that God will help them.

I own macotrading car scrap and dismantling company here in japan and I can say all that came as a result of long years of hard work. But like I said there are few of my friends back home who are doing wonderfully well too even though they've not traveled out of naija for the first time.

pls stop spewing trash that OAU no dey dash admission if you know lecturers and senior staff they will give you admission especially VC list....I know lot of students who got admitted last year through VC list but they make 200 upward but not upto departmental cutoff just be connected and everything will be at ease in Nigeria
