Christianity Etc › Re: UK vs Nigeria: Why I Will Never Attend A Church In Nigeria Again - Man by Pascal9: 11:36am On Aug 18, 2024 |
damosky12: Is it an inferiority complex of the black man or just an outright "village boy" mentality that makes them disparage anything Nigeria at the slightest opportunity when they just land US or Europe.
While it's reasonable to give accounts for how money is spent anywhere, a church is not Biblically compelled to do so. The Church is built on trust. There are many risks and sacrifices that pastors would take for church members sef that based solely on nothing else but trust.
TRUST is the bane of the assembly of the local church. Trust for God and His men. So giving account is good. But I don't need my pastor to give account to me when I give in the church. That's the church where I'm being blessed. My giving there is in thanksgiving to God and in response to my trust for HIM and the men He has chosen to lead me.
Mind you, there are hundreds of churches in Nigeria that do exactly what he's exalting "oyibo" for. Many of the orthodox churches and even some pentecostals. idiot |

India is really developed but their overpopulation of 1.4billion people's is really affecting them. They are a producing country not like nigeria who doesn't produce but consume and the government are evil, always good in corruption. go get education, why is there no hunger crisis in small populated countries, why are other countries citizens not migrating like your citizens. For your information, India is still undeveloped, it's currently have a population of 1.6 billion people, it have overtaking China.over population causes poverty and poverty breads corruption, unless it's control and serious planning and reforms are implemented , there is no way for Nigeria. |

If not for lack of sense and sensibility on your part, you ought to bury your head under the sand in shame. No region in Nigeria wants any part of your criminal and drug kind. Zionmdde: Lol That's where you get it wrong All of them find a section of the Bible for what they do. Whether it is right or wrong.
Did the Bible describe the exact oil Saul and David were anointed with? Who said it was olive oil? How sure are you it wasn't groundnut oil? The ordinary handkerchief taken from Paul to heal many should also be classified as fraud. Afterall it was an ordinary handkerchief The rod of Moses, do you know if it was just ordinary wood? So according to pastors, a ground nut oil that is prayed over by a true prophet is no longer ordinary. It's now left for the church goers to decide if they are following a true prophet
And in the law of live and let live, it's best to leave them alone you are one of them, wickedness and deceit is inherent in you, did Paul or those apostles or jesus sell those items or make machandise of them, continue supporting evil, that same evil will consume you, ewu! |

trainingict: Which protest are you talking about? Commercial transporters are busy on the roads, National Union of Roads Transport Workers are busy at the bus stop. There are filling stations that are selling fuel. Inter State trucks and buses are moving.
Those CSOs with hired protesters are doing that in the South West to defend the funding received from donors. They are very timid while on the road and very few and insignificant. talk what you know, you are in your house spewing nonsense, every body cannot protest, i was there and a lot of people came out, the protesters didn't say people should not fend for themselves in this trying times, they never promise to stop people from protesting, if things are ok for you now in this general trying times good for you, but remember nothing last forever, when the tides turned for you please don't complain.there is no protest that doesn't have sponsors. |

It's already a dog eat dog society, who ever enters as president will be overwhelmed, it will get worst unless we control our population and adopt fiscal and drastic policy measures. |

Amah70: Lol. If you had listened to Sen Ned Nwoko to the end, he never campaigned for Anioma state to be a state in the southeast area. If he asked the people there they will say no to bringing them in Anioma State to join the southeast area. Except Asaba area, other Aniomas are the "my name na Chikeluba, but I no be Ibo." Even Ned Nwoko was Chinedu Nwoko but removed Chi from his name to avoid identification as Igbo. In 2006, Reps of Orlu zone in the Refotms Conference asked for Orlu state because they knew the nucleus of a denied 6th state in the southeast area should come from Imo West (Orlu) senatorial zone. The State was about to be created as Njaba if not that then Senate President Nnamani threw away the baby with the bathtub. Only a foolish Igbo person would think of Anioma as sixth state in the southeast area; a foolish person who does not understand that it amounts to reducing representation of the Igbos in the federal government system. foolish man |
