Thanks guys, So I don't have to wait for the traditional wedding_White wedding. Uploading the marriage certificate from Registry is good to go.

For POF, I already have a dollars saving account that has more than enough for tow person. But was thinking if that could be issue. As I only have three deposit from when I had the account open last year in November.

SunshineD1:
I think you should add your spouse. Don't be scared of the AVO wait. We are meant to understand that they work better during the first few months in the year, dishing out PPRs.
Me sef dey wait for the PPR at about 10 months post AOR. It will end in praise
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by passionate2019: 7:52pm On Jan 31, 2020
Families!! Not I in a dilemma. I just had my registry today and have the tradition wedding set in 3months time.

For those that know my story, my case was close , but God helping it was open again. I just spoke with a friend now saying if I add my spouse that my case file will definitely go to Accra. And that is no body dream, I don't wait forever.

Should I still go ahead to add my spouse to the application using web-form, and if yes. what should I not do or what should I do.

I am pretty sure, I might refer to the first page, but I just wanted to get a more recent similar case of my situation.

I am having it a bit difficult how to pay the application fees online.

Paying fees after you apply
You can only pay through your account when you submit your application. You must pay in a different way if you:
decide to pay your Right of permanent residence fee after you apply or
add a spouse or dependent child to your application (marriage or birth of a child)

It seems, when your don't pay your application during submission, it gets difficult. Seems I have have to go the route as if I am paying for additional person/spouse that later got added.

Yes, my CRS score was 363, but when I got nominated by Alberta, my score went up to 900+

Of course it is. I do hope those are the results that counted towards your CRS, some components are relatively low. Now that your application has been reopened, best of luck.

@Ebixx,

You got it right, that was just it. However I was able to realize this before the 23rd deadline.

And sent a second webform. The reason I decided to use the standard one was before , when the request was made initially I belived a copy was already sent to IRCC sometime early this year. What I did this month was a duplicate copy.

I think he used WES Standard ECA as opposed to ECA Application for IRCC.

Cuz he mentioned that: "... in my first Webform I had the standard ECA then. But in 2nd webform I sent 20th I had the correct ECA for the purpose of IRCC".

TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by passionate2019: 7:56pm On Dec 23, 2019
For sure, its not likely to be this year. The limit for AINP has been exeeded.

Nomination certificate limits
The following numbers are accurate as of December 16, 2019.

Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) can issue up to 6,000 nominations for the 2019 calendar year. This limit is set by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

The AINP has issued all 6,000 certificates for 2019. The AINP will continue to assess applications in the queue; however, no further certificates will be issued until January 2020.

Approximately 1,900 applications await assessment for eligibility.

Information on application volumes and processing is available to help you determine the status of your application.

The AINP does not provide status updates.

ebixxx:
Very sorry to hear that!

I hope they pick your new EE profile from the pool soonest. Hence, the need to act fast.

I wish you and yours the best.
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by passionate2019: 7:20pm On Dec 23, 2019
I just spoke to a program officer in ANIP.

Lyudmyla Yavorska

Program Officer

Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP)

Suite 940, ATB Place North Tower
10025 Jasper Avenue Edmonton, Alberta T5J 1S6
Phone: 780.422-3143

She just confirm to me that once your EE profile is cancel. Then you have to start the process all over again.

ebixxx:
Hello @passionate2019!

Very sorry to hear about the rejection.

I would advice you hurriedly create a new EE profile and try to get across to AINP if they can reissue the certificate of nomination and link it to your new EE profile. At least that way you are sure of getting ITA in the next round of invitations.

ECA is one of the MANDATORY documents to be submitted at time of EE profile submission and I doubt a judicial review (after paying a Canadian Lawyer huge sums in dollars) will change much. Usually, it should have been spotted at R10 (Completeness Check stage) and rejected to spare you the wait and heart ache.

There is a case on Canadavisa.com of an active member with the profile name - sithlord who had a similar case and his application got rejected after 8 months partly (amongst other reasons though) due to a WES ECA error (which despite assessing two Certificates, did not state Two or more Certificates in the CONCLUSION). He got WES to correct it and resent via a webform, but I guess them Canadians stick with their rules - Incomplete applications get rejected.

Do all you can to still try to appeal, through any means (MPs, etc).

But realistically, it appears the VO has reached a final decision, which can only be overturned by a Judicial review. The VO, however, in this case can easily defend his reason for the rejection - INCOMPLETE APPLICATION or FAILED R10.

Please act fast and try to secure your AINP Nomination and ITA.

I wish you and yours the best.

Sorry in advance, as I know this is not what you want to hear at this time...
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by passionate2019: 6:05pm On Dec 23, 2019
Thanks bankyh, you are the best. True I should have added a disclaimer, but you should understand at the point I saw the rejection. I wasn't even myself.

I still think I submitted the right document before the end on time given to me, I have been calling the MP office, and presume they might be on holiday.

I am looking at option of judicial review. not sure how long this takes.

I will still push as I believe the decision was base on reconsideration I ask in my first Webform and I had the standard ECA then. But in 2nd webform I sent 20th I had the correct ECA for the purpose of IRCC.

bankyh1905:
Hello @Passionate2019. It is your responsibility to put out a Disclaimer while using your cousin's account. The comments that followed your initial posts about identity are dependent on the history of the moniker you posted with. People become guarded when it appears that there is conflicting info from the same moniker, hence the reactions that followed. Like you mentioned, I responded to your post about rejection with complete trust in the info. Shortly after, I was also suspect of the info you had put out, given Jaybye's submission. I'm sorry if I misjudged you. It's a result of miscommunication.

I see from IRCC's response that they have made up their mind about your application. All you can do now is apply again, carefully this time, except an MP is able to help you out.

Best of luck!
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by passionate2019: 4:23pm On Dec 23, 2019
@Bankyh1905 Thanks, This is actually my monika. I was using my little cousin account when I posted my last message. I got another update today, Seem they responded to my 1st webform. However I sent a second webform still before the deadline which was 23rd and uploaded a new electronic copy I received from WES during the weekend

bankyh1905:
Oh, I see, IRCC didn't get a copy of your ECA and that was the reason for rejection. As I mentioned before, you should try calling and see if you can get an extension on the deadline. Meanwhile, raise another CSE (if you already did before) and apologize for the error of not including IRCC as a recipient in the first instance. State that you have asked WES to do the needful, add the "educational documents" I mentioned before and ask for an extension, so as to give WES time to send the document. In my experience, it takes at least 5 days for IRCC to acknowledge a CSE. So, to be sincere, the deadline may pass. But since you're taking the necessary steps, you should expect a favorable response.

NB: Remember to call WES again on Monday (they need the reminder) in order to be sure it has sent the duplicate copy of your ECA. Raise the CSE NOW!.

Guys I don't understand what this is all leading to. That was my comment on my little cousin Moniker. And I didn't noticed I was on his moniker account.

That was the least on my mind when I saw the reject. Ehiremen is still the 17th year old he is. I only told him to create a profile if he has question about his admission in canada. However he is not very frequent online, I cant even recall if he has access his account after few question he asked.

Any thanks to bankyh1905, whom has taken his time to advice and made wonderful comment on what I should do , without going through my profile and all my previous message to conclude to comment of not.

I have a brother of mine who is presently talking to one of the MP in Ottawa, and we are waiting for his response. I also today got a message from CIC saying the application with not be re-open.

I think this was based on my first webform. But after I spoke to WES and saw where the mistake was, I sent a second webform with the ECA for IRCC

I will be following up withe the MP today. worst case, can talk to the ANIP if I can still use my certificate of nomination for a new EE profile.

TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by passionate2019: 9:36pm On Jul 21, 2019
Should she be the primary applicant? If we apply online and she is the primary applicant ,more information is needed for her while the accompany kids wouldn't have option to submit details.

mcobex:
She can go for the 1 year diploma, all she needs to say is that she is accompanying her children to Canada but also want to use that opportunity to upgrade herself by studying a 1 year diploma. Since she is applying from outside Nigeria and her husband is a diplomat (which is a very strong tie) I don't see her having issues. It should be a straightforward app.
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by passionate2019: 7:27am On Jul 21, 2019
Thanks mcobex.

The father would not be applying with them. What I forgot to state in my last message, was that they are all presently in Europe. The father is presently a diplomat attached to one of Nigeria embassy in Europe. I think he is only trying to establish the family pending when he is called back home.

The major issue, is how can the mother prepare a SOA/LOE to buttress her intention if she is only going to complete a 1 year diploma in Personal Support worker.

Or should she just go with the minor as a guardian a and get a longer visa duration, but not able to do anything while she is in Canada.

mcobex:
From the look of things they are financially stable, so that's covered. Will your uncle follow his wife and children or he will stay back? If he stays back it will be much easier to convince the vo, because they can use him as home-tie. If he intend to go with them, do s he have any investment back home that he can hold on to as home-tie? Because the vo might think the entire family just want to run away from Nigeria for greener pasture and using study as a means.
NB: They actually have a good profile, that's if they play their cards right
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by passionate2019: 2:03pm On Jul 19, 2019
The mum could have gone with the child that is in grade 10, but she would not be able to work non student with the kind of visa she will be given. That was why she decide to get admission. And they didnt want to take any change that was why they apid as international student for the minor in grade 10

How can we compose a very good letter to support such applicataion

I need urgent help. I am trying to help an uncle of mine put in application for student visa.

2 kids Son - Grade 10 he is 15year
algonquin 3 years degree and he is 18 years

The wife also secure admission for PSW in same school as that of the son in algonquin. This is a one year program, with 4months preparatory class starting september.

How best should they apply for visa? School fees for grade 10 has been paid in full 14000CAD public school, tuition for the son going for college paid in full 18,000 CAD and the 3k CAD for the wife paid.

Austacus:
My own chip in
She should move to Ottawa or Toronto for summer ONLY to work. If she has any friends (that lives in an apartment) or family member that can accommodate her for the season

Work experience is very very important here.

Relocating to Toronto or Ottawa is highly crazy in terms of cost of living so I will advise her not to relocate.

Her resume should be in Canadian standard, her friends can help her with it, her school employment supports can also help her with it, indeed can also help her with it. But I would advise she should go through school employment supports or friends formats. She should also write a very good ready-made cover letter so whatever work she wants to apply for she would just do a little editing.

In Ottawa ”PeopleReady” employs every day And they have jobs that pay $22 per hr in this summer.

If she wants to come to Ottawa, she should call them and book an appointment with them. then she will be interviewed and write an exam. After the exam, they will congratulate her.

There are surplus jobs in Toronto, Ottawa and BC but the cost of living is maad.

@canadaman18, Now I see where I got it a bit wrong.

Eligibility
Students who have graduated from a Saskatchewan institute

You may qualify in this sub-category if:

You've graduated from a recognized post-secondary educational institution in Saskatchewan with:
A certificate;
A diploma; or
A degree.
You've worked for a minimum of 6 months (or 960 hours) of paid employment in Saskatchewan.
Eligible types of work experience in Saskatchewan include:
On- campus;
Off-campus;
Co-op terms;
Graduate fellowships that can be verified by your institution; and
Work experience gained on a post-graduate work permit.
You currently hold a valid post-graduation work permit from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
You have a current, permanent, full-time job offer in your field of study from a Saskatchewan employer. The job should be:
In an occupation in the National Occupation Classification (NOC) Matrix level "A", "B", "0" or
In a designated trade, or
A job offer that is related to your field of study and requires post-secondary education.
Food and Beverage Servers/Persons must apply under the Hospitality Sector Project sub-category.
You have a valid SINP Job Approval Letter.
You must have a minimum language score of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4 if your job offer is in a NOC "C" occupation.

canadaman18:
Ah I see , you're likely losing points since its not a bachelors

And COOP definitely doesn't count , read this :

"
Can I count work experience that was part of my education toward the work requirement?

No. Co-op terms and apprenticeships completed before graduating do not count as skilled work experience. They are considered part of an educational program.

The work experience you can use to apply for the Canadian Experience Class must not have been gained while studying full time on a student permit (for example, experience gained while on a co-op work term).
"

My advice for you is to retake IELTS , ace it and your points should be high enough then
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 8 by passionate2019: 9:07am On May 17, 2019

Reading 10
Writing 7
Speaking 7
.
Right now, I am on 432. with two Diploma, one in Nigeria the second in Canada. I have been able to pull off 2 year + experience and with age I got the highest, and extra point for sibling in Canada

canadaman18:
If the work experience you are trying to add was in Canada while you held a study permit it does not count

With canadian education and work experience , you shouldn’t need those extra 5 months to get ITA

A canadian bachelors degree for example with 1 yr experience and maxed IELTS for someone under 30 is in the 470s range

I am trying to update my express entry profile. But a bit confuse. I have applied for studies, co-op and recently PGWP and In work experience section I added previous experience of 2years 5months , but realize I could have added the experience I got during my undergraduate studies. If I add this 7months of experience which has never been reflected in any of my CIC previous application. This will put me in 459 CRS scores.

Would this additional update in work experience in express entry be a problem for me? Can this lead to misrepresentation!!!! I am soo confuse right now.

Add those years and get ITA or not to add it !!! Please gurus in the house advise meeeeeeeeeeee poo
