I feel you because I've also experienced it in the past. i remember back then, when the pressure becomes unbearable, I usually left immediately after the sermon ends. I don't wait for all those announcements and socialisation that follows..Lol! but with time, you'll prolly see the vanity in those worldly treasures and stay more focused - some call it maturity

pls try put up the pics. phase 2 is a very nice area. I was in phase 1 for some time before relocating. accommodation in gbags estate is very expensive and a 2 bed for this stated amount shouldn't last long at all. infact, you don't need to market it. it will be gone even before the incumbent occupant leaves. are you sure there's no problem with the flat. pls be sincere to prospective tenants. state the good and bad sides of the flat here and let us know what we are likely to be in for. is it a BQ? does it have water? is the compound neat? how many other occupants? etc.

sorry, I notice the inverter output is 110VAC. is it not possible to get me the one with 220VAC output? that will save me the cost of buying a step up transformer.

A solar charge controller simply ensures that your solar panel(s) does not fry (overcharge) your batteries by letting you know when the battery is fully charged. Deep cycle batteries are generally susceptible to damage when you overcharge them. if properly maintained (charging it as it should and removing it as soon as its fully charged) could last you up to 6years. however, they barely last up to a year if this rule of thumb is not followed.
