I noticed that most of the applicant that didn't see changes on their dashboard are UK applicants

For those that applied last year, please share your experience

Hello house, please does that mean those that didn't notice any changes won't be invited for the interview?

How did you join the banking industries in the first place. Were you directly employed by the the bank or an outsourcing firm? Cos I know quite a lot of people that in the industry that were directly employed and are doing great today?
If you are an outsource staff, my brother you salary is stagnant year in year out.
