Audit companies don't pay huge bonuses, and would typically pay 10-50% of your salary as bonus, depending on your level, with 50% being at Director/VP level and 10-20% at senior level. This is not an investment bank that share profits to traders. Even MDs and VPs in Investment Banks that share profits will struggle to hit $850k bonus easily except in a really bumper year.

Did you read where he wrote that his son died and Liverpool shown more care than United? These are Arab owners not Americans that count the money in their pockets. The owners were always going to spend no matter how badly or well they played. Their good form only makes it easier for them to attract quality players and faster for them to topple traditional top 4 teams.
