If only we killed games early enough then a few of those young players should have had good minutes in the course of the season.

Even now, I don't want us to sign Bellingham. I prefer a midfielder who is adept at retaining the ball, passing and progressing with the ball. Bellingham is more or less a runner...Madrid can sign him because they already have Camavinga and Tchoumeni but we do not have that luxury.

Instead of signing Bellingham, I'd rather we develop Mainoo who is more technically gifted.

I was reminiscing about European football in the early to mid 2000's with an older friend the other day and a debate came up. Henry was elite level, he was better than Shevy and Eto as an all round footballer. If the argument is about who was the better goal scorer then Shevy and Eto can stand a chance.

When go on a good run, people will come here to insult Rangnick for saying we need 10-15 new signings but now, everyone seems to agree with Rangnick. If Arsenal fail to win the league, it's because of the lack of options on the bench who are of similar quality or on par with the starters. Arteta noticed it late and signed Kiwior, Jorginho and Trossard in January but their top performers like Saka, Partey, Martinelli, Saliba etc are already out of steam.

To play the way Arsenal did in the first half of the season and maintain the same tempo over a full season, a large squad of quality players is needed and that's the advantage Pep has with City. Dias will sit out some games for Laporte to start, while De Bruyne can be rested for Alvarez/Silva likewise other positions.

If ETH doesn't pressure the board to sign players on time this summer and at reasonable fees (so we can get a good number of players in) then we will struggle to make top 6 next season. I don't want us to go after any player that cost more than £50-60m, in fact, £20m can get you rough gems. Don't ask me where there are, the scouts and coaches should identify them because they're there. Mitoma, Kvaratskhelia, Kim Min Jae, Tonali and co didn't fall from heaven.

I perfectly understand the challenge of having a goalie like De Gea but then, do we really need a ball playing goalie to keep the ball against a shit team like West Ham? Watch Paqueta vs City and watch Paqueta against us today and you'll see how bad we are as a team.

Will signing new players alone help? We have bought a couple of players who were top players in their previous teams only for them to come here and still struggle.

I don't under why we always go back to default mode whenever it looks like we are in contention to win something which comes with added pressure.

Don't bet against us bottling the opportunity to finish top 4.

Is it the training or that our players can not just press like City, Liverpool, Newcastle, Brighton or Arsenal? Why do we allow our opponents so much time on the ball?

When I complain, it is not more than the above. ETH should get this guys playing with intensity or else...

The team will be playing rubbish yet ETH will stand there watching like he doesn't know his job. Pep, Arteta, Howe, Klopp will be on the touchline passing instructions to their players but ETH will just stand like a mannequin watching like he was paid to come and be watching free live games.
