afrodoc: No vex. I just tire for our fans ni. I remember when people were saying we must buy Pogba to spit in the face of Madrid and we warned them that our midfield needed more than just that. Imagine all the years of prime Pogba that were subsequently wasted because of poor team structure.
Spending the whole transfer budget on Harry Kane when McFred and Magelof are in defense would be sheer madness. You should build your own team smartly not buy players to stop them going to other clubs the way we did with Pogba, Fred, Alexis e.t.c
We had the 2nd best attack in the top 4 but the worst defense in the top 4. We averaged the lowest possession stats and lowest passing accuracy in the Top 4 as well. This team has quasi-existential threats in the form of technically limited midfielders and physically limited CBs and they won't us to spend (waste) the transfer money on a position which is probably our strongest.
O wrong nau!
Kane can move to Chelshit or City and win the title does not mean he would win us the title. Those teams are very weak at CF. We are very weak at CDM and CB. They need a CF to progress but we need CDM and/or CB to progress.
P.S Hannibal Mejbri forms are out now. Limited edition. Mjebri, Elanga, Garner, Levitt and Laird, if st least 2 from the list don't make it here then I'll be very disappointed. |

I read somewhere that Lille's coach already had a deal with Nice to coach them next season. I think he wasn't sure Lille were going to win ligue 1 because if he was a tad patient with his decision, he'd found his way to a much better team, maybe not a top team but one that's better than Nice... |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Getting A Job In The United Nations Demystified by patrickmuf(m): 1:18pm On May 23, 2021 |
You can get a job with the UN or any organization irrespective of your course of study. What counts is your experience and skill set.
It is practically impossible to enter the UN or any international organization straight away without any prior experience in the NGO sector except for positions that require professionals in other fields e.g. Engineers, Security Experts, Public Health Specialists etc. What is advisable is for you to work through the ranks by starting out with smaller organizations to build your skills and garner the necessary experience...Another channel is to volunteer with them...
One thing I know is that for every opening, they give preferences to their former staff. It is only in select cases they recruit from outside and here, your performance in the interview is key...If you have the necessary experience and skills, it is easier when you have someone to help you in. |

hensben: Work rate and orchestrating play from midfield to attack. With mata it’s like you are playing with 1 man down, mostly against a good side. Mata's job is to link midfield and attack and create chances...He did that superbly... As for work rate, talk to your DM and CM...Mata was exceptional.. Ozil wasn't exactly known for his work but his creativity and link up play, with such qualities, it's left for the coach to get others do the hard work. |
