I don't like twisting words. Someone said why Ronaldo should win Ballon D'or 2018 and you easy brushed Ronaldo's achievement that year because "it is world cup year". Why don't you use the world cup to judge Messi vs Sneijder in 2010.

Mingueza attacked when he wasn't supposed to and the whole team was out of position because of it.

For Wolfsburg there was an exception based on the rule that if a corporate body has 20yrs continuous minority interest in a club, they can become majority owner

So if Abu Dhabi was prepared to sponsor Man City as a minority owner for 20yrs, they can become majority owner.

Basically it makes it hard for anyone to just buy a club unless you have long term interest and are prepared to go through the rigours even if you are not making profit
