Much as it is desirable for the progress of Nigeria, the impeachment of the 'Escobar' of corruption, I.e GEJ, will not happen because too many unprincipled legislators have their political fortunes directly tied to GEJ making it to the general elections . Those wishing to cut deals securing their future are not principled enough to think of what is best for Nigeria.

Nigeria should be the quintessential case study for politcally destructive avarice whereby the self-preservation instinct of a very small number of people, at the detriment of the majority by far, always carries the day. Nigerians who want GEJ out should not waste their own time dwelling on the hope he will be impeached. Better to ensure you focus on contributing your own vote towards the total votes in 2015 which will be needed to remove the destructive nuisance GEJ is .
