@beegurl is it possible to send it to other email: celina_otseme@hotmail.com |
This is my email: damn_paulo@hotmail.com! Thank u very much. I just want to try and get a life back, lose weight and feel like a normal woman ( who has a normal cycle) |
I find it so hard to stick to the diet. Can u give me an example of ur meals. Have u been feeling tired, after cutting out carbs entirely? Did the diet regulate ur cycle? |
I have been researching on the syndrome for a while now. Can I ask u, are u overweight and do u display the symptoms ( male hair pattern, irregularity and insulin resistance?). If u do I have been thinking about creating a pcos diet which could help african/ nigerian women manage the disease naturally. Do u eat a lot of starchy food? Or do u like sweets or juice? Maybe u can help me create it here on nairaland. |
I have pcos and believe that many women may have it without knowing it. |
I can't stand people like u? Is the white woman not a human being? Are her twins, which she gave u not worthy of having a stable home? U want to eat ur cake and have it. I have seen a lot of mixed race children growing up without a father in europe, because the bastards decides to either Bleep off and run to his wife in the village or brings this liability to europe. There are ways of getting married toan oyinbo, without ruining their life for them. Not only have u caused a problem for ur family back home, but u are now trying to break up the family that u knowingly created in europe. Leave naa... U may regret after all those mixed race kids ( become future football players, athletes. Etc...)! U can walways decide to explain to ur wives and care for both of their needs and the needs of their kids. .. |
I rather use vinegar than all these so called female hygiene products which have got all sorts of chemicals in it! |
She can use very mild soap, such as johnson's baby soap or the white dove soap. She can use the soap for her outside private parts and use water for her inner labias and around the vagina. I use vinegar and water in the inside and use oil to moisturise it. This kills bacteria and fungi and keeps it fresh all day. |
Whatever on earth has gave you reason to believe your vagina is different from another woman's? Do women think this way, you better believe they do. I know it sounds unreal but the amount of women that come forward about their vagina being abnormal is of many. The funny thing is, is many of these bemused ladies haven't got a clue what a perfectly healthy vagina looks like but goes onto make assumptions that their own is abnormal. How can anyone possibly determine abnormality if they don`t know what normality is. Unless your private parts show signs of two of everything or a penis growing then that`s "not" normal. This delicate matter is one of much concern for women. If you think on these lines then it will help for you to know about the vagina in general to give peace of mind. At this point be enlightened that the chances of your vagina being different to that of another woman`s is very slim. Nevertheless it may in appearance if the pubic hair is coloured or styled. I can only but talk the talk here and verbally explain what a perfectly healthy vagina is all about, however if you need pictures to clarify issues more clearly then you will find them on most medical sites online. The vagina needs as much care to hygiene as like you would give to other body parts, if not more. Remember your overall health in general will contribute greatly in helping keep the vagina healthy also. Little things mean a lot, eat little sugar and add yoghurt to your diet. Yogurt contains good bacteria called acidophilus. While sugar, promotes a particular bacteria that the yogurt destroys. If your hygiene ruling is poor then you may be responsible for vaginal problems occurring. It is imperative the vagina is cleansed regular. No need for rigorous scrubbing because it is a self cleaning organ of the body and an odorless one too. Most instances for vaginal infections happening is caused by sweat and oil buildup. Douching is not necessary, and should it be, then sanction of this should come from your doctor. While a douche may rid some bad bacteria it at the same time takes more of the good away. Douching can cause inflammation (vaginitis). The vagina constantly flushes. Using condoms while having sexual intercourse keeps the vagina clean? Cotton garments should be worn round the genitals. Give this area room to breathe. Avoid tight clothing. Another unhealthy and possible danger is to leave a tampon for more than six hours inside the vagina. This can cause a toxic syndrome. Change Sanitary towels when necessary. Soiled pads not only produce smell but can cause irritation of the vagina and anus. Always be careful when inserting tampons or play objects to evade possible damage. To insert a tampon safely will include you being in a comfortable position. Rest one leg on the lavatory seat and gently work the tampon up inside the vagina. Avoid sprays, scented soaps and particular chemical based products. Soap and bubble foams are known reasons for vaginal dryness. Is there a specific way the vagina should be washed? No, but there is concerning what products you use to wash the genitals. Although a multitude of feminine products line the chemist counter; the vagina/vulva needs no more than warm water to keep clean. Vinegar is a master solution resolver for many things and the vagina being one of those. Mix vinegar into water you tend on bathing the genitals with and soothingly rub around the area. This will leave it hygienically fresh. Keep the vagina in check with regular pap smears. Is there such a thing as a "perfect vagina?" Well if it is "healthy" then is this not perfection. All females differ in shape and size and so do their vaginas. So what is seen as perfect when faced with this. Was your vaginal abnormality thoughts influenced after seeing a friend in the school shower or in a changing room of a boutique? If so did you not for one minute take into consideration her shape and size before jumping to conclusions. Different shaped bodies display different shaped vaginas, which may have confused you, i.e. thinking your vagina was different to theirs. Vagina 1. Clean the vagina`s outer area "labia," twice daily with cold water. Cold is favorable as because the site is already moist and warm it permits bacteria to grow easily. If hot water is used it attracts bacteria which then results in mass build up. 2. There is absolutely no need to cleanse the inside of the vagina - as reported earlier it is self flushing. Avoid using soap; it can upset the natural balance of substances. If this happens you are at risk of developing an infection. 3. The technique you should use when washing the vagina is motion from the front working back to avoid anal bacteria coming in contact with the vagina or urethra. 4. Use separate cloths for the vagina and anus. Although both body parts are close and can be cleaned with one foul swoop, it is not a healthy method. Clean the anus last so the bath water or flannel does not become contaminated with bacteria which can easily spread to other body parts. 5. Women make a big mistake with the underwear worn. Wearing the right under garments is very important indeed. Cotton is breathable fabric and provides good coverage which helps reduce the likelihood of perspiration. Consider cotton for other parts of the body where you sweat profusely. 6. Some women who see vaginal discharge panic. No need - vaginal discharge is a necessary part of the body's regular function. Normal vaginal discharge is usually clear to white; however should this change like in the amount lost, consistency and color then have your GP check you over. 7. If possible instead of tissue to clean the vagina after weeing, use a damp flannel. With tissue one tends to give a quick wipe, whereas with a cloth it encourages the person to rub, rinse out and repeat, and this is what is needed to prevent bacteria which can cause urinary tract infections (UTI's) or other vaginal infections. You will always have a perfectly healthy vagina if you maintain it in the way it is expected to be maintained. Did you know when you treat your own vaginal infection you rid vaginal odour at the same time. |
Pls do not use relaxer on her hair. Let her learn to love her kinky curls, all u need to know is how to maintain the hair. Moisturising the hair properly and using the good things ( shea butter, extra virgin coconut oil), will allow healthy and beautiful hair growth. Africans are destroying their beauty by rubbing all kinds of shit on the body n hair.... Giving the white man all the glory! Pls educate urself |
Fertility in a marriage is important in nigeria. Growing up, I have heard grimm stories of women being chased out from their homes, accused of being prositutes, who commited the sin of abortion in the past. Some women even witness humiliation In their own matrimonial homes, by the husband's family who introduced a second wife into the home. A lot of nigerian women, suffer from a syndrom called pcos ( polycystic ovarian syndrome). PCOS, or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is a hormonal disorder that affects 1 in 10 women with varying degrees of severity. Among its symptoms are multiple ovarian cysts, high level of male hormones which can result in acne, hirsutism (excessive hair growth or male patterned baldness), absent or irregular menstrual cycles, abdominal cramps, infertility, multiple miscarriages, and type II diabetes, just to name some. PCOS can manifest itself when a girl reaches puberty, but a lot of women don't know they have it until much later they find that they cannot conceive. Most doctors either dismiss their symptoms as 'women problems' and tell them to learn to deal with it or prescribe birth control pills which is found to aid in the hormonal imbalance and lessening of symptoms. If it is an under-diagnosed condition in the more developed parts of the world, what more in Nigeria? I was wondering girls/ women in this forum have pcos? There are a lot western pcos diets, which would not really help us, due to our cultural difference in food. I would like to create a Nigerian-pcos diet, which could help women especially women who are overweight, lose weight. Statistics show that a 7 percent weight loss can significantly relieve a woman from those pcos symptoms. It is also to mention that not every pcos- woman, will display excess hair, or weight gain! Pcos is however strongly linked to insulin resistance! A Nigerian diet can be very starchy ( Ebba, apku, poundo iyan, semo, pap, american rice, yam) and high in fat. I would be happy if women on nairaland, diagnosed with this syndrome ( which cannot be cured, but only managed), share their experience, thoughts and tips. So that we can help those who may have been going through hell, due to their illness and educate them, about it! God bless |
I am negative. I pray for those who are positive that God will comfort them and that he will give wisdom to people to find a cure! |
Hmm! I think the abuse affected me in many ways. I never managed to tell my mum. It would break her heart. The poor woman worked so hard and was hit with traumatic events, losing my dad when she was 5 years into her marriage and 5 months pregnant ( with me). She had to focus on me and her family. Being the first born in the family, she had to work extra hard to bring food on the table for me and for them back home! God will heal my wounds. |
I was 5 years old when I was sexually abused. I never spoke to anyone about this, but when I red ur story I felt sad! My mum was a single mum and worked very hard. She hardly had time to take care of me and hired a nanny, to do the caring. My nanny was a very nice austrian (white) women, who herself was childless and used to spoil me rotten! One day she decided to take me to her family and introduced me to them. Her mum adored me from the very beginning, but her step dad was weird and treated my like a dog. He was quite old and was an ex soldier in the second world war in austria. I used to visit them more often and he used to make racist comment about black people, which would make his wife and his daughter ( my nanny) furious. I woke up one morning and saw him stare at me with so much hatred and he asked me to get him his shoes.I was quite young but felt in me that he was someone that I should not disobey. I got his shoes for him and he was suddenly really nice to me and offered me some sweets, but told me not to tell my nanny, since she did not like the idea of me having sweets in the morning. I started liking him,I however noticed that he was only nice to me in the absence of his family. I got used to him and he would buy me sweets (chocolate, biscuits etc..). One day he, however asked me to sit on his lap and I can remember how his hands went under my skirt and my pants and how he started rubbing my private part . It hurt so much and I felt sick. I went to the toilet, and saw blood and thought that I was going to die. I was crying and complaining of tummy ache and when my nanny came to look for me, all he ( her step dad) could tell her was, that I had the tummy ache and that I have been having a lot of sweets. My nanny and her mom used to bathe me and when they did that a day after the incident they noticed that my private part was red and swollen. I also started wetting my bed for 2 years after the abuse. I could not make sense of what happened to me and never told my nanny or mom. It would have broken their hearts. The old man, died when I turned 9 years! He was lucky since he escaped the law, just as Jimmy Saville did and as so many other paedophiles ! They will however not be able to escape the Highest Judge in heaven!!! ![]() |
In the Bible it says: my people die from lack of knowledge?!Do u not know that someone can be poor in different ways? Why do nigerians associate being poor with not having money? U can be poor( lack) in many ways. If a woman to a rich man has money but does not have children or a hubby who cheats on her.. Would she not feel inferior to the so called'financially disabled' woman next door, who has children,a loving husband and a good home. People should stop comparing eachothers life and learn how to be grateful. |
It is obvious that this type of thing would happen in africa (Nigeria). 80 percent of nigerians have a wicked nature. It has nothing to do with politics. Even if u get rid of all the politicians and the so called corrupt regime, it will just be replaced with the same wicked hearted people. That is why the country is where it is today, and africa (the continent) is where it is today. Africans do not like the progess of others and are corrupt and selfish. |
At least indian people have children in their late 20s and thirties. Most indian people are educated.and tend to get their life sorted. Their children are the GPs, dentists and accountants here in the uk. Its not that nigerian children do not possess aspiration. they do! - I thank God that they learn from the mistakes. Of their parents and rebuke the ' hand to mouth' regime of their parents and people back home in africa. It always baffles me how some people back home have 5-9 kids and rely on relatives in europe to raise their children for them! U no gor think, before u go Bleep? Its a disgrace. |
I can sense that most people over here replying to this, live in nigeria. I live over here and see a lot of nigerian women walk around with 5 children on their arm. Most of them rely on the welfare system or work in low paid jobs. There is nothing to be proud about this statistics. The need to survive is killing FAMILY LIFE much more than we are aware of. Parents working hard to bring something home to look after the kids and kids and dealing with loneliness and a sense of lack of love.Nigerian Parents don't really know their kids and kids don't really understand their parents. Uk women and their partners tend. To be more career driven and want to be able to give their kids equal opportunites. Nigerian parents need to stop producing like chickens and rather make money for 2 children and assist them financially, and mentally |
If u want halloween, go ur babalawo.... That is where u will see all the ghosts and demons that u want to see, my friend!!! ![]() |
Backward thinking like this.. Allow african men, to beat, cheat and destroy their wives life by infecting her with HIV. So u want a woman to sit at home and born children like a bloody Dog! So that can insult her for being an illiterate, fat idiot who is squandering ur money! I don't blame people like u. I blame women who will allow will not fullfil themselves for the sake of being a good 'wife'. The idiot of a husband will cheat on her with one small university student ( who is willing to fulfill herself by pursuing a degree and career). Not every sucessful woman is a douche. My mum's sister is a doctor and she is married to a shopping assistant supervisor in the UK. They have been happily married for over 30 years and u would never notice that she is the bread winner in the family. She respects her husband and asks for permission, before spending any of her hard earned money. Her money goes into his account and she is the most decent and humble woman that I have ever known. I pray that u will never have daughters, with ur way of thinking, because u will take them out of school after primary school and give them out in marriage to strangers who will beat and maltreat them and call them 'illiterate fool'! All for the sake of: women should not have a Brain! |
U are right, it is easier for virgins. But with God everything is possible |
@Luka316 thank u very much for ur advice. U are very right about church brothers. I have had many proposals but in the end they wanted sex. It is really going to be hard to find a god fearing man(especially here in the UK and in celestial church of christ) who is ready to wait until marriage. I am not a hypocrite and I used to practice premarital sex on a regular basis until something touched my heart and told me to stop and let God into my life on a 100 percent basis, not on the 50-70 percent basis. Also my family wants me to get married quickly, whilst I am having plans of doing my Phd and getting a good Job. Pls pray for me |
Can someone advice me on my issue! I am not a virgin and I enjoy sex, but I have made the decision of not having a boyfriend, sexual intercourse, sexual contact or self service until I my wedding night. ?? Please how can I keep myself from temptation? (honest and mature replies pls.) |
Wow is this real?but why is it bad to braid ur hair |
A beg! If ur man is beating u, beat rubbish out of him! Who born de idiot? That is what my aunt did to her husband after years of violent abuse( her bini madness kicked in eventually). He even had to go to hospital for a week and trust me he never laid hands on her after that |
He's ready to take up the responsibility but they are denying him access to his kid!how can I stop the baby mamas insult upon me and my mother? |
He's 29! She is he's kid! |
@adamsrib I didn't ask you to be my english teacher I need some advice on what to do? |
@ blazay am not a lesbian!? Wtf? Its only affecting me becos she has been harrasing me and my mum she has been cursing us ! And been seeking in all kinds of places to destroy us! |
Where will I start from! My brother is 7 years my senior and has been living in london, I came to join him to complete my university years in london, which was in 2007! I started going to his church! (Celestial church of christ) and actually enjoyed the services and other activities! Things went well at first, but to my loss it didn't last for too long! He started dating this girl who was a year younger! Not that it was any of my business and it did not bother me at first since she was 18 at that time, what bothered me is that I knew that he had a girlfriend in nigeria! I however wasn't sure, whether he and the girl in nigeria were still in contact at that time! The girl he dated from his church, was nice at first and would call me and sometimes visit me! It was not of a suprise that we became friends since she was my age mate! I started going and sleeping over at her house and enjoyed her and her families company! Her family however did not know about her relationship with my uncle! After about a year, she stopped coming to the house regularly and she would tell me that she wants to break up with my uncle! I didn't really care since it was none of my business! I also knew that my uncle wasn't really interested in the relationship either! She started to date other men and he went on dating other women! Months later, however I would find her in my house! She would come and visit my uncle again without greeting me, and when I would ask her whether they were still dating she would tell me that he's disgusting and not serious and god knows what! Se would prefer to tell me about other men, but would still sleep with my uncle! Which pissed me off in a way! But I kept my mouth shut, since I it was none of my business ( both are adults)! My mum never knew about them and she once came to london to catch them red handed! My mum was really angry and warned her never to come back to our house! She got pregnant 4 months later and told me that it was my brothers baby! But I didn't believe her since I knew that she was sleeping with other men! So I decided to stay away! My brother also denied to be responsible, but my mum had a feeling that she was actually carrying his baby! And asked him to marry her! Which he fought against! Ever since then, my family knows no peace, because her family keeps on insulting, cursing my poor mum and me, they have even went soo far, to pray and seek prophets and god knows what, since they want us to perish! I know that this is a long story that I am telling you guys but it is really affecting me since I love my brother! |
Listen her2, u nyphomatic beast!! Nigerian gals don't mind u fast Bleep! Cos nigerian men only end up datin (Bleep thro way) east/south african women! Look at ur life, why r u writing about ur body wen ur body and the fat hanging ass of ur fello south african women is decayin of AIDS-related infection!u ppl make me sick and are a fuckin disgrace! Sort or country out first and get rid of those whit volks who keep on makin u more ignorant! Before u all die off of AIDS! Bloody busy bodies all they do is drink Bleep and rape |
