I don't really care if u think that I am a psychotic being, compared to some I am educated and was schooling in europe which as we all know denounce the existance of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ. This has never stopped me from believing... What have I to lose, if I believe in him... And he doesn't exist at the end of the day It doesn't matter! I read my bible daily now, and have not spiritual attacks or dreams.I thank God for my deliverance. I want to give thanks and praise to the almighty King of Kings and Lord of Lords, Jesus Christ. (Rom 8:35-39). I want to thank him for delivering me from evil spirits, spiritual husbands and the marine kingdom. Without my knowledge, I was initiated into worshipping the marine kingdom, when I started my worship in celestial church of christ. I have noticed that since then things where going from good to bad, and that everyone in my family was been seen to be my enemy ( according to prophetic revelations in the church). It came to the point that I stopped talking to everyone and stayed away from my family and friends, in the hope of delivering myself from any evil eye. I developed a spirit in the church, which allowed my to be in 'spirit' and prophesy..but I was told to hold a feast at the church,by a prophetess in spirit, to satisfy the spirits that are following me-by (Obanje- apparently it was a good obanje spirit) and this is when I unknowingly got initiated to worship marine kingdoms. The sheperd also revealed to me that an evil spirit was blocking my ways.. And asked 3 elders to take me to the sea..where I had to take my bath and leave items(bowl, swords etc..and a white yard cloth) at the sea coast. It is now, that I realise that by doing this, I entered a covenant with a marine spirit husband, which made it very difficult for me to stay in a serious relationship talk less of get married. I also started having dreams, in which I had full intercourse with men and women and would be ashamed to tell anyone about it.... To cut the long story short... A couple of weeks ago I embarked on a journey to nigeria, to visit my family after almost 19 years and to bury my father and as I was passing by, a pentecostal church I decided to attend one of their services ( believing in my mind that God is one!), the service was quite good, but all of a sudden the pastor asked me to come to the pulpit so that he could pray for me. He held my hands and we started praying.... After 10 minutes, I started feeling hot and faint...and a male voice started coming out of me telling the pastor to stop praying, because this body belonged to me( I was later on told that my spirit husband was the one talking to the pastor). The spirit husband was very violent during the whole deliverance service and threatened the pastor that he was going to kill him and his family. The spirit husband also bribed the pastor and told him that he will give him money or even my body (to make love) if the pastor stopped with the deliverance, but the pastor rebuked him and used anointing oil and ' the blood of Jesus' to cast him out of me. In spirit I was also pregnant with children and that deliverance service forced me to have a spiritual miscarriage.... The whole deliverance took 3-4 days.. Since many unclean spirits where deposited in me. The pastor did not know me from Adam, but God told him that I was a member of the marine kingdom and that I was initiated by the so called ' celestial church of Christ'. I deeply apologise for my bad english.All I want to tell u people is that, there is darkness in white garment churches and that if u are a member and do not know about the evil in that church, that u should leave the church before it is too late. boss. Your German must be pretty bad: Its 'Die Liebe' and its Ich liebe meine Mutter.

Its not about how vigourously u brush, but how u brush ( make sure u do it in circular motion and in a way that will clean the tooth and gumline- bass technique). Also remember cleaning ur tongue with a tongue scrapper and ur gum, mucosa on the inside of ur cheeks and ur hard palate-roof of mouth. It also vital to floss in between the teeth( most food gets trapped in there- even in the most narrowest spaces). Then brush after u eat and do not rinse after brushing ur mouth. If u can't brush during lunch or snacks during the day... Get used to drinking water during the day and especially after meals to flush away food debri and bacteria. U may use mouthrinse after eating, too but only do this 1-2 day. Hope this helps x

This is part of universal standards of infection control. U will also notice that the dentist wears gloves, a uniform ( sometimes also an apron) and protective eye wear or glasses. Wearing a facemask and potentially protects both the dentist and the patient from micoorganisms in the air and aerosols, which are produced whilst he is working on you with his instruments ( especially when using high- speed handpieces, because they use water and are mixed with your saliva). A dentist or dental care professional may also have a cold or other air-borne diseases and may protect the patient as well. Universal precautions are vital to protect both the dentists and patients, from diseases and the dentists will not only wear facemasks when working on u, but also on every other patient.

Brushing ur teeth before breakfast does not even make sense. The reason why we brush out teeth is to remove plaque, bacteria and other pathogens in the mouth. Food causes the production of more bacteria and due to spaces in between teeth and stagnation points ( surfaces of our back teeth/ and area around the gums) we could trap food in them. Bacteria in stagnation point increase rapidly and will cause the acidity in the oral cavity to change.. This can lead to halitosis (bad breath) and formation of cavities. It makes perfect sense to brush ur teeth and floss after breakfast, to remove food debris. If u feel uncomfortable with ur early morning breath, drink a glass of water when you wake up. It flushes the bacteria away, moisturises the oral cavity and will also curb our metabolism in the morning.

Hi, I am a qualified dental nurse and dental disease is not the only reason that can cause halitosis ( bad breath). Bacteria from our oesophogeal area and stomach may also come up and cause bad breath in your mouth. Bad breath can be caused by diet, dental disease and sometimes even systemic digestive diseases. If u think that ur diet is causing ur bad breathe: u could reduce ur garlic, onion and acid intake (tomatoe, oranges, lemons, mango).Also meat may cause halitosis.. Reduce ur meat intake. Stop sugary drinks and cut down on ur refined carbohydrates. Wake up each morning and drink enough water. It is advisable to have breakfast before brushing ur teeth. But wait for at least 30 min before doing so. The food will cause a ph level in the mouth which will allow bacteria to adhere and stay on ur teeth as a small white film, called 'plaque'. 1.When brushing ur teeth brush according to the ' bass technique'(google this).IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT U DO NOT RINSE UR MOUTH AFTER BRUSHING UR TEETH. This allows the flouride, biological enzymes, triclosan and other ingredients in the tooth paste to work on ur enamel, ur gingiva (gum) and mucosa. 2.Also use a brush to clean ur hard palate(roof of the mouth) and us a tongue scraper ( a lot of bacteria settles on the toungue).3. Then use dental floss. Dental floss is very important, since this cleanses interdental spaces, which traps food ( even in people without gap teeth). Most times this interdental spaces allow more stagnation points, causing an increase in bacteria production and gingivitis... And evetnually cause bad breath. 4.U may use oral mouth wash once or twice a day after meal times, but not more than that. The oral mouth wash contains ingredients (eg: sodium laureth sulfate or sodium lauryl sulfate), which can dry out the mouth. A dry mouth may also cause bad breathe. 5. Drink a lot of water during the day and take vitamins. If all this doesn't work then u may have to go to a general practitioner who can refer u to a specialist who deals with digestive disorders such as acid reflux or other things. Good Luck x !

Have u got bbm by any chance.. Me and some other ladies.. Are exchanging diet tipps, experience, sorrows and testimonies.. I try to brown rice maybe once a week. I can give u an example of what I ate on monday. In the morning I had to fry egg white ( and added tuna and onions to it)+ 1 orange. At around 10 I had 1 apple+ banana. At lunch I had chicken+a little brown rice and for dinner I had a small portion of beans( used olive oil instead of palm oil and added spices and onions). I drank a bottle (2l) water throughout the whole day and felt really good. My main problem is refined carbs and sweets.. So I invented a new way of snacking. I cut 1 apple into slices and dunk it into peanut butter..( Peanut butter contains a lot of healthy unsaturated fat which can increase ur good cholesterol and it also contains a high amount ot protein due to its nut content ( do not do this if u are allergic though, or if u get breakouts from eating nuts).

This stories make me really sad . Children are being robbed their innocence and the molesters carry on living normal lives, as men of God or married men and women... Potentially even mums and dads. I assume that they do not molest their kids and may even be overprotected over them. May God judge them, because victims are meeting up here on nairaland, being disturbed in one way or another due to the traumatic experience

I would happy if u can help me think, about protein based nigerian meals ? Eg: beans, moi moi, plantain, pepper soup ( without yam), and other. Lean animal protein based ones (eg: chicken, fish, eggs,) and maybe u can help me set up a diet plan.

Hiya, how are u? Have u been diagnosed with pcos? I heard that a low carb diet is the best way to lose weight with pcos. It shud be a diet dominated by lean animal protein, vegetables, and minimal amount of fruits. If u are someone who loves rice and starchy food, try and replace white refined carbs with brown ones and eat them maybe 2-3 times a week. I am trying to do this as well. My problem however is, that I can't stay away from sweet things. I crave them ( sweets, chocolate). I stopped drinking fizzy drinks and enjoy drinking water. I also enjoy eating vegetables. It is important to have ur carbs in the day... And have ur proteins in the evening. When eating ur protein, it is important to eat it with vegetables and not with carbs. When eating ur carbs enjoy eating them with veg only. Try to also snack and and eat small meals 5 times a day.
