Coy A got an order to supply Coy B service valued 100,000 plus VAT 5,000 total 105,000.
Is Coy B entitled to withhold 10% of the amount as withholding tax?

Company B is to withhold 10% net vat .i.e. 10% of 100,000 which is 10k.
