there's need to be accountability from both the states and federal governments.
Looking at it from whats on ground, the federal government has more responsibilities than the states, from the civil service to security to foreign affairs, power, transportation etc...
Like i said they both need to be accountable. We need not be biased or one-sided in this matter.
