Onainor Samuel :Bros, the truth is that there's no two way to go about passing ICAN. The only way to serious strategic studying. For FA, there's no single one material that cover the syllabus apart from the pack which by the way is not comprehensive enough. I've more than 5 text for FA plus photocopies of other materials. This is not to scare you. You're training to be a professional, you're not a professional when you qualify but when you start preparing. You must read and re-read your school books and every other FA materials. Focus more on the IFRS. For MA, this is actually easier* than FA, it's a pattern and formulas. Master each topic to the best of your knowledge. There're regular area that will come out every diet. E.g capital budgeting. I'll also recommend that he attend lectures, this will help you a great deal. Pray too. Cheers! 1 Like |

nous: Please what is the procedure for querying an ICAN result.Hmmm! The best place to get this info is ICAN office. I've not seen or heard of anyone who has queried b4. This is not to discourage you in anyway. But your script go through series of scrutiny by competent professionals b4 it's finally approved to be released. I'd suggest you dust your packs and write the paper(s) again. Cheers! |

ebicon: I want to study on my own, so I need info on good text book for biz law and company law,then I didn't get the study pack for the biz and company law too.so can you be of help.try and look for a book on company law and business law by Omojuola(nt very sure abt the spelling). It contains all the topics go the syllabus. Alternatively, you can get the pack for business law for ATS 1. You can download this from the ican website. Though it doesn't contain all the topics, it covers up to 90% of the syllabus. Cheers! |
