The man maybe wrong for not following instructions but if the priest knows how to communicate with human, telling him to leave before he continues the mass shouldn't have been an option.

I think preist, pastors should also learn how to communicate with people, you're not doing them a favour, you're marketing the word of God to this people, you want to win souls for God, same thing good marketers do, they have good communication skills.
