Women who look older than men of the same age are those who chose not to look after themselves as looking younger is a matter of deliberate decision not by chance just as men who are pot bellied is a reflection of not making effort to avoid amassing those fats.

In as much as Agriculture holds so much possibilities and threads coming up offering "investment opportunities", PLEASE for the sake of your mental well-being and avoiding financial loss, don't fall for enticing profit margins being hawked online as most end in disappointment for the ones who dropped the money.

Before you commit financially, make effort to physically meet with whoever is proposing to manage your investment on your behalf and if you can't personally, delegate someone you TRUST. Assess the personality, have the proposed site visited to ascertain the authenticity and feel free to ask questions randomly from locals of the area, demand for verifiable track records of profitability....it is your money and right.

Get a LAWYER involved in the documentation, every scenario should be spelt out such as fire outbreak, theft, destruction by cows, poor yield etc and both parties have a clear idea of who would bear the loss.....this should not be a "leave am for God" issue as no one has the right to play around with your money. Whoever is managing your investment owes you a timeline of how your money is working for you, tales by moonlight should not be tolerated.

For those advertising investment schemes, if you have no core competence nor insurance in place for what you are offering, you are better off gambling with funds raised from family and friends. Greed should not lure you, a good name is better than being known as a scammer. Scammers don't go far in life, no one sins successfully.
