I just paid for 1000 bags of cement at the prevailing price of N1,400.00. I want to tie the price down as to use cement without fear of inflation till we work on this land for a long time. Most of the cement will be used for the fence, the culvert, the gate house and any other works possible when we start.

I cant wait to move into site soon. All works to be shown here as usual.

I use that strategy where necessary and for 3 reasons. But in this case is because of the nature Of the land.
Though is not advisable if there is no plan to lay sizable lump or any damp control measure, it could be capable of causing damages in the nearest future.

Is this an after thought or still the design? from the drawing I think i could see two doors from the ante room, one to the visitors toilet and one to the staircase, hope am right. Again, where will the window to that toilet open to? I can't seem to find it on your front view drawing, and now that you're talking about building it under the staircase, am lost now at the location of the window, or is it not meant to have one?
