Hello all, Even though I agree that the titles are due, I am more interested in the type of buildings that can be built on each plot. If spyder has completely paid for the land, then we have nothing to fear. I am of the opinion that we confirm our position on the layout first and then proceed with the title deeds. Since these deeds are are legal documents, I am not sure if plot swaps can take place after they have been signed. Cheers!

For all those that has reserved plots for later payment, please pay up before the week runs out. This is because I need to conclude the buying stage. We need to get the stage over by this weekend, as from next week we should be on another stage, the decision stage for the use of the plots, thereafter, the development. I stop selling and by the time others come up to buy, it might be on a higher cost still, things are not getting cheaper so we need to be on the move.

Those owing money on their plots should pay up too.

If you know where to find Ezekiel and co, then you shd'nt have a problem where not to find Enoch and co as they dont have bible books. Just as Joseph of Arimathias wrote abt Jesus didnt mean it was a bible book. Enoch may have written books, but God did not make him write a bible book. E.g of such books were document Q etc.

The early church knew this and practiced it, As a matter of fact, the earliest manuscript containing that prayer you quoted is P470 (Pappyrus leaf number 470) dating as far back as 250AD.

The incident at Acts 19:1-7 was referring to the Baptism with the Spirit quite distinct from being born of the Spirit (John 3:3-5). No one experiences the events in verse 6 at the point of being born again except those who seek for and receive that Baptism.

NB: please don't fire her its not a crime to show affection. At the extreme just call her and talk to her. Tell her you appreciate her affections but its just inappropriate for you to date her. the worse part of catholic doctrine, after sinning no problem just go to confession,after that, go and sin again then go to confession, all is forgiving..this doctrine have given the full licence to sin carelessly and go to confession carelessly,thats why you see chief's and mother's of sinners in catholic church, serial abortionist, serial fornicators,just go to conffessions all is erased.
