spyder880: Yes, I think the majority favours N50,000 yearly and N5000 monthly as maintenance fee, but I see some of us still think its too much. Please let us see reasons to make it N50,000 and N5000 monthly.
Payment will not start now, it must be after allocation and clearing first. You thought right. I have not yet seen the justification for paying 5k per month. I saw ifyalways break down earlier. What kind of security collects 30k/month to secure a piece of land, and to think they will be four. Even in residential areas that amount is quite high. I am still trying to see what am missing on this. What are the gardeners going to do with a monthly salary of 15k? Will they be making sure that undeveloped plots are kept clean? These are what I need to understand. Levies such as these are reviewed on the go. I really need to be enlightened on this. |

spyder880: 1. Salary for 1 Estate manager 2. Salary for 4 security men 3. Salary for 2 gardeners 4. Materials for clearing grass/ lawn mower maintenance 5. Stationery for estate office Do all these have functions to perform at this time, with the place still a parcel of land? |

thebaft: Hello all, Even though I agree that the titles are due, I am more interested in the type of buildings that can be built on each plot. If spyder has completely paid for the land, then we have nothing to fear. I am of the opinion that we confirm our position on the layout first and then proceed with the title deeds. Since these deeds are are legal documents, I am not sure if plot swaps can take place after they have been signed. Cheers! Your submission is good, there is need to have a consensus on that. However those who voted for distribution of deeds may be of the opinion that spyder880's suggestion on the layout should stand. Oga spyder880, pls confirm my choice of #38. |

spyder880: For all those that has reserved plots for later payment, please pay up before the week runs out. This is because I need to conclude the buying stage. We need to get the stage over by this weekend, as from next week we should be on another stage, the decision stage for the use of the plots, thereafter, the development. I stop selling and by the time others come up to buy, it might be on a higher cost still, things are not getting cheaper so we need to be on the move.
Those owing money on their plots should pay up too.
Thank you all. Sent you a mail with my interest indicated for plot #38. |

eyenibibio: If you know where to find Ezekiel and co, then you shd'nt have a problem where not to find Enoch and co as they dont have bible books. Just as Joseph of Arimathias wrote abt Jesus didnt mean it was a bible book. Enoch may have written books, but God did not make him write a bible book. E.g of such books were document Q etc. You are not making sense. Ezekiel is a book in the bible. Where is Enoch? Jude quoted it. Who are those that determined what to call bible and what not to call bible? Was the book of Enoch completely thrown away or some things in it are still taught by the church? |

Meaning that I've stopped partaking in any debate concerning my Catholic faith, unless of course you are ready to learn then I'll put you through. Note:I'm a CONFIRMED catholic and I'm well grounded in the teachings of the HOLY CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH. Peace. Sometimes you just have to teach, even here, so as to "strengthen the faith of thy brethren" too. Lk22:32God bless you. |

Syncan: Oh really?
If Abraham can hear us, (see the rich man and Lazarus) Lk 16:19-31....So Mary can hear.
Prayer. The communication with God is more a spiritual than physical thing, for God is a spirit. If you don't need her help,I have no problem with that, but don't condemn me for asking a righteous person to pray for me because "The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective". James 5:16
Jesus is the mediator, I agree, Yet it does not nullify (1Tim 2:1) "I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men". St. Paul calls us to intercession, yet we know that Christ continues to intercede, since (Heb 7:24-25) says: "But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them". St Paul knows this eternal Intercessory role of Christ, yet he exhorts the faithful to "Intercessions for all men" without fear of contradiction, it therefore means that we can participate in these aspect of Christ's ministry according to the level of "bonding" between us and Jesus without anyone feeling that recognition is taking away from Christ.
The early church knew this and practiced it, As a matter of fact, the earliest manuscript containing that prayer you quoted is P470 (Pappyrus leaf number 470) dating as far back as 250AD. On point. |

Syncan: You should really laugh out loud I tell you.
An angel coming from God said to Mary "blessed art thou among women." Lk 1:28
Elizabeth Filled with the Holy Ghost said to Mary "Blessed art thou among women" Lk1:42
A woman inspired by Jesus teachings said of Mary "Blessed is the womb that bare thee" Lk 11:27
...Yet the OP says the woman worshiped Mary and Jesus rebuked her.
Bro Vest, you really need to laugh out loud. 1000Likes |

Scholar8200: The incident at Acts 19:1-7 was referring to the Baptism with the Spirit quite distinct from being born of the Spirit (John 3:3-5). No one experiences the events in verse 6 at the point of being born again except those who seek for and receive that Baptism.
Acts 19:6 6 And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied. Considering the bold, remind me at what point did cornelius household experience their own event. |

noskeybaba: Best advice: Mind your business. If you do, she will know you are uninterested and move on. Unless you show interest, she is not a problem. You don't even need an advice on this.
NB: please don't fire her its not a crime to show affection. At the extreme just call her and talk to her. Tell her you appreciate her affections but its just inappropriate for you to date her. You can tell her you don't even plan to date or remarry again, you are just focused on bringing up your kids. Tell her you don't want to loose a hard working employee, And if she continues, she will have herself to blame. I am Pchinak, and I endorse this post. |

To start with, the statement that Bakare was to head the committee was never credited to Buhari or any of the APC leaders.
I think the newspapers relied on rumour to arrive at that conclusion and there are many gullible Nigerians to believe them anyway. "They" are the incoming government. Thanks for letting me in on your thoughts about the matter. |

Edusouls: the worse part of catholic doctrine, after sinning no problem just go to confession, after that, go and sin again then go to confession, all is forgiving..this doctrine have given the full licence to sin carelessly and go to confession carelessly, thats why you see chief's and mother's of sinners in catholic church, serial abortionist, serial fornicators, just go to conffessions all is erased. We need serious review of our doctrine,we are loosing many sheeps... Apart from the fact that you are obviously telling a lie. What do other non catholic church members do after committing sin? And prove those claims of yours about "chiefs and mothers of sinners" being Catholics. |
