PoliticsRe: Boko Haram Is Jihad On Christians - Rev Akinola by pcicero(m):
adyby: See intolerance at its peak. I am convinced with this post that you are more useless and senseless than those animals called Boko Haram. Let me be truthful with u that with this kind of remark, you too can kill and do other forms of nonsense and attrocities being perpetrated by that never-do-well group called Boko Haram. Let us always learn to tolerate one another. Leaders should not use inciting comments as the rev did. There are a thousand and one better ways to pass ur opinion across without unnecessarily being harmful.
You are such a fool for posting this rubbish. I know you are the same person as the adybayor. So, I will address you like a brother since I assume you are yoruba like me. Why do most of you muslims wait till a leading christian cleric has made statements like Primate Akinola did before taking up every media space available in Nigeria to repeat your 'Islam is a religion of peace' nonsense? I know most of you inwardly rejoice when you hear that your boko haram has bombed another church or attacked another group of innocent Christians. I have many of you as friends and all you just do is to gloss over it since the attacks are against 'infidels'.

Please, be sincere with yourself, since my university days at Ife, I have noticed the morbid hatred and intolerance among you muslims towards christians. You can never deny this fact. it will only be difficult for you to do same here in the Southwest, but I know what is happening in the North has your tacit support.
RomanceRe: I'm 28 Desperate To Settle Down. by pcicero(m): 3:37pm On May 28, 2012
rokiatu: Damn another marriage thread, I am beginning to worry. What is happening to our young men?

You telling me they are all turning gay?
No sister, we have not turned gay. But you, yes You (and by you I mean ladies) are responsible for this social malaise. When we ask for your contacts (even on NL), no show. How can we develop a relationship?
Some of you are too materialistic, you make unnecessary demands from your boyfriends who in turn gets discouraged because you act like you don't understand the economic realities. I'm not saying it's not a good thing to shower a lady with stuffs but some demands can be very overwhelming.
Now, to the economic situation, it will be unfair to lay all the blames squarely at your feet. The rampaging effect of economic paralysis in the nation has reduced the financial capability of many would-be husbands. So, many are forced to be bachelor at 35-40 until they can save enough to get married.

Also, some of our folks from the Eastern part and the West also act like marriage begins and ends with the wedding ceremony. The financial implications of this has created a huge fear in our minds.

Back to you again, many of you due to greed and selfishness have wasted your golden youth. Some of us being aware of this do not want to end up with 'hollow beings' if you understand what I mean. It can be easy to know a spent force and nobody wants one.

Some of you also do not want to stay with upcoming guys. You prefer the already arrived. No wonder, they marry people old enough to be their fathers, ritualists, Yahoo-Yahoo and 419ers, all in the bid to live in luxuries.

I'm on mobile, I'm a bit constrained but I'll follow this thread. Tnx

If this were true, then Nairaland and indeed Nigeria would be a better place.

I'll pick the old lady who is about to die because apart from rendering humanitarian service, she might also be the mother of the other two ( the friend who once saved my life and the woman of my dream) and they are about taking her to the clinic. By this, I would have saved someone's life, paid back the friend's gesture and also won the heart of the woman of my dream.

Wetin I win abeg? I need Onila, Slimyem and Hawtin's phone numbers and BBM contacts.

phreakabit: I will whole heartedly accept and marry you. . . Only when and if you denounce your support for CR7 and Real Madrid. . . Simple as that.
Do you now see why so many of us are unmarried? Even our girls are taking to White boys because our love is conditional.
Please Mama Gee, don't settle for less, if he doesn't know your worth, I do. Real Madrid and C.Ronaldo are the best things to have happened to football (no argument please).

Naledi14: Those who are condeming yahoo yahoo boys are showing us how ignorant they are about the world we are living in.
What world are you living in? I know people like you who sell yourself cheap for anything. I am sure you are dating one of them. Once Yahoo- Yahoo goes out of fashion and he graduates to armed robbery, be ready to face the firing squad with him.

Ufeolorun: All institutions in our dear country are becoming helpless.
We have an all out assault on sovereign infrastructures and those who should be concerned have shown deep carelessness.

Well, they say if your life is full of charcoal you won't bother if everything else is burning around you
Hmmmm...it certainly calls for sober reflection my brother
RomanceRe: Can You Settle Down With A Yahoo Boy? by pcicero(m): 4:01pm On May 26, 2012
queensmith: Well personally I won't, but I can empathize with someone who resorted to 419 in a difficult climate. If he's a smart one (not one that has no job yet drives a bentley) then yes. I know quite a few guys that started legitimate business with illegitimate funds.
In the case of your friend he sounds like a full blown criminal, I won't advise a sensible woman to near him with a bargepole.
My dear, thank God you'll not date one. However saying you know some guys who started legitimate business from fraud is like giving a tacit endorsement to the act. Remember karma is a bitch.
The prevalent socio-economic condition is not an excuse. It is akin to an armed robber saying he took to the ignoble profession because of poverty. I leave the rest to you
CelebritiesRe: Linda Ikeji Thinks Mark Zuckerberg's Wedding Was Cheap by pcicero(m): 10:45am On May 26, 2012
Agreed we all have different ways of looking at things but this Linda own too much. She is vain and fake. You can see through her post that she was merely expressing her sincere feelings. As for me, she lacks virtue and some of you can defend her from here to Kotangora, e no concern me. This is not her first time.

PoliticsRe: Driver Sent To Prison For Blocking Fashola’s Convoy by pcicero(m):
ezurus: Honestly it sounds funny, does it mean the Governor waited and see the driver been taken by police or he left orders and continue his jurney? I think there are more things to be battling on than feeding us with this rubbish.
The driver would not have wilfully left the truck to block the road, although there are some maniacs amongst our road users. I also doubted if Fashola had remained in that traffic with all the security details in his convoy or any other governor's convoy for that matter. No sane driver would deliberately block a governor's convoy except 'dem follow am from village.'

The driver's inability to provide his driver's licence and other vehicular documents was his undoing. Even if he did...

Logic Mind: Yoruba land
Yoruba governor
Yoruba driver
Yoruba police

Yoruba justice

Can't wait long enough for my Biafra.
An illogical post from a self acclaimed logic (lunatic) mind
