Pilinpaperzgrup:I will want to visit your farm as well. Kindly help with the address/Location to patdozie@yahoo.com |
Thanks Bro 3 suckers per hole is an great invention. The nutrient consumption for the 3 will be high definitely which is why you apply enough poultry waste. But what do you advise if one does not have enough supply of poultry wastes More so, if your plantain harvests during the time there is glut in the market, how do you handle it? Do you process any? I understand one can cut into flakes, dry and sell to market women - have you tried that? Please send address to patdozie@yahoo.com |
@ Vanpeele, You earlier posted this picture from someone. can you recall who you got it from? I want to know where he sources the drip control tube (in red). Is it pharmaceuticals or ??. Cheers

How To Report Your Bank To Central Bank Of Nigeria CBN If your bank has treated you or offered you services that you find below par, your right to complain to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) which is the regulatory body of Financial Institutions in Nigeria such as Commercial Banks, Microfinance Banks, Primary Mortgage Institutions and Discount Houses. The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has released guidelines for the filing of such complaints. Contact Your Institution First According to The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) circular issued in 2011, banks are to expand their existing ATM HELP DESK to handle all types of consumer complaints. You MUST first report the complaint at the bank/branch where the issue originated and then allow 2 weeks (it might be less in some banks) for the issue to be resolved. If Your Bank Fails To Resolve Your Complain If after lodging your complaint your Bank still fails to engage you and resolve the complaint within 2 Weeks as provided for in the ATM HELP DESK Circular, you can then forward your complaint to the Consumer Protection Department (CPD) of the CBN. Complaints to Consumer Protection Department You should only forward your Complaints to CPD upon the failure of your Bank/Financial Institution to resolve your complaint within the 2 weeks timeline given by the CBN. Contacting Consumer Protection Department You can contact the CPD through the following channels: E-mail: cpd@cbn.gov.ng Letter: Director, Consumer Protection Department Central Business District, Abuja Your letter of Complaint should be addressed to the Director, Consumer Protection Department. You can submit your letter at the CBN Head Office OR at any of the Central Bank of Nigeria branches of nationwide. Does the CPD Deal with all Types of Complaints? The CBN deals with all financial related complaints so far as it is against Financial Institutions within its regulatory purview. How to Write an Effective Complaints Letter Your complaint should be clear and concise to avoid ambiguity. The Complaint letter (petition) should contain amongst other things the following: • Name, Address, Contact Phone Number & E-mail of the Complainant; • Name of your Financial Institution; • Personal banking details (Do NOT include PIN & Passwords, please ![]() • History/Date of the transaction in dispute; • Amount claimed (if any); • Attach relevant documents to support you claim and; • Evidence to show that you have first lodged the complaint at your bank. You can make your further inquiries and obtain additional information on the Complaints Handling Process of the Central Bank of Nigeria from the Complaints Unit of your Bank/Financial Institution or from CBN offices nationwide. |
Optimixim:Is the i-power inverter same as the axpert in terms of AC charging amp for a 48v 3kv |
JUO:Any 60A alternative (same product) |
Saipro:Thanks a lot Saipro. I've changed the configuration now to 3 X 3. One panel lying redundant. Will have to buy 2 more panels to compliment and get 3x4. Distance from the panels to CC is about 15m. Funny enough even with old config, I never saw anything above, 30A in my CC LCD. Unless it did while I was not there. Is there anywhere maximum current from the PV is recorded in the morningstar CC as historic data? I've seen PV max voltage, battery ah, total watts etc, but nor max Amps |
Hi Chris, Abunafiu, Thanks for the insights. I appreciate. |
netotse:The only alternative apart from getting a high end inverter is to get an external charger. It will only charge the batteries when you have NEPA or GEN though. Based on the free education received here, if you get a 50Amp charger, it will take 8 hours to fully charge your bank (400/50). What I do not know is if such external chargers can regulate battery charging to avoid overcharging. Meanwhile, what is your load consumption that would warrant 4KW solar panels. The experts may need that info Disclaimer: I'm not an expert!! |
My Learned people, please help me out with this (CC: Chris, Saipro, Abinafu, Rich etc) My 2.5KW panels runs off a 45A controller. With a 2x5 configuration (2 in series and five parallel strings). Each Panel has approx of 8.6A which is 43A for the 5 strings. Rated 24v. I plan adding about 2 more panels. If I add the string to the existing ones, it will take the Current to 51.6A. That means the 45A controller will leave some juice to waste right? Option one is to upgrade to 60Amp controller Option two is to get another 45A controller, connect the new panels to it and parallel the output of the controllers Option three is to change the strings configuration 3 x 4 (3 in series & 4 parallel strings). This will maintain a current of 34.4A which the existing controller can handle. But the voltage from the 3 strings could rise as much as 123v. Option 3 is more economical but is there Any implications or trade-off in terms of efficiency? The Controller can handle max of 150v though. I saw the The following attached diagrams in the controller manual. (Battery Current Vs Array Voltage) and (Tristar MPPT 48v Efficiency). One is showing that Current to the battery starts reducing at 140v, which seems OK for my option 3. The other is showing efficiency is higher at lower voltage. Please advice

kiekie1:Sent you both PM and SMS yet no replies ![]() Need info on Trojan batteries and other items - patdozie@yahoo. com |
bisiriyuahmed6:Its technically possible but the implication is what am still researching on. You can connect two of the batteries in parallel. That gives you 200ah and 12v Then you connect the above parallel pair in series with the remaining battery. That gives you 200ah and 24v I met a friend who did something similar 2 days ago and he said he has been rocking it for almost 2 years now. But I do not know the implication as regards charging efficiency |
