Celebrities / Bbnaija 2020: Nigerians React Over Selection Of Northerner, Kaisha (photo) by pdunamis20: 2:45pm On Jul 22, 2020
Kaisha who is an entrepreneur from Sokoto State, on her arrival to the BBNaija house, told Ebuka Obi-Uchendu that she is a goal getter, dramatic but very emotional.

She also promised to bring drama back to back and would be herself 100%.

Some Nigerians are of the opinion that it is wrong for a true northerner who is devoted and modest to be among BBNaija housemates, while others commended the organisers for selecting Kaisha.

Here are some of the comments gathered from Twitter:

@Am_Salem “No sensible man from Arewa would ever allow his daughter to join #BBNaija. I wonder which part of the NORTH this “Aisha/Kaisha” comes from exactly. If she’s a Northerner, then definitely she’s not Hausa/Fulani, because shyness and modesty are part of our culture too.

“Whether Arewa Twitter support or drag “Aisha/Kaisha” off BBNaija , tribalism will kick her out of the race. Where she came from (North) is the problem.”

@WaseJamilu “Nobody will support Kaisha from Northern part of Nigeria.”

@GaiusHappie “I’m happy to see a Northern lady, I’m motivated.”

@Sallystorm12 “It’s like we having a good representative from the North. Just watching her”

@GaiusHappie “I’m happy to see a Northern lady, I’m motivated.”

@FarhanFarouk “She behaves like her dad is watching what she’s doing in Tv.”

@Yerima_Mercy “She really has a lot to face after leaving the house.Religious wahala.”

@meezyyyy “Don’t forget, the world has turned the other way round, many northerners don’t practice the culture anymore, but I think any well respected culture won’t condole this kind of act of BBN and nevertheless it’s a free but that doesn’t mean you won’t know right and wrong.”

@pebble_denz “I hope Arewa Twitter will let Kaisha survive this #BBNaija game in peace.”

@SageerA “I’m loving Kaisha, already reping us from the north side, Sokoto.(AREWA)

@SaniMaryama “It’s a show for all Nigerians though, Arewa should also be represented; Sokoto, Kano, Katsina. And why not Kaisha. Go girl.”

@KopNaija “Wow! A Sokoto girl in BBN house?
I will be watching her closely.”

Romance / How To Make The Kind Of Relationship You Desire. by pdunamis20: 4:42pm On May 27, 2020
Let’s talk about How to build relationships and worthy networks today.

Building relationships and networks are very effective tools to being relevant in the course of time.

This is very important.

When I was growing up, I always believed that the easiest way to becoming successful is standing alone.

I always ask myself, what do you need friends for? As I grew a little older, I discovered that the secret of staying at the top is People then I started living this reality.

Listen, friends are currency…if you want to stay on top, you want value… Network! If in the years past, you were a lone ranger… That could possibly be the reason why your outcome was poor.

You need to invest in Valuable relationships….And that you need to network to relevance doesn’t mean you should build network with everyone. Be deliberate about the person you’re building network with. They w`ill certainly determine your outcome.

The system of men is what births relevance. No body made it without people. Even if it was an act of God’s graciousness, Men must be involved. When God wants to change an atmosphere, he introduces some certain men. These men navigate pathways enabling some others to have access to their expectations and desires.

When you find these certain people God wants you to network with… Please add value to them. Value gives access. Learn from their experiences, if possible mistakes too. Serve them… You’re contacting a system of honour upon your life.(Heb 7:7).

In this season, there are some certain people even if it will need to lie down to maintain their friendship, please do. This is because they are carrying the seed you need. Honour them by default of doing that…. “The less is blessed of the greater”

See friends, Success is easy if you’re with the right set of people. This season, make more new friends who you know confidently are carrying what you need. Don’t just criticize them… You may miss out in cycles if you do. Enable connection with them to you receive the value they carry.

Make more friends, collect more new contacts… Add to your contact list, one day…. You will surely need any of these people. 2020 wouldn’t pass you by. You need the ministry of men to staying relevant. Jesus Christ being God couldn’t achieve his mission without some certain people though he be God.

A day will come, you will need some men to stand by you… It is on the strength of your network that will validate this quest.

Family / Parenting An Addict, Breaking Forth From Addictions. by pdunamis20: 8:14am On May 19, 2020
In continuation to yesterday’s post, Let take this journey this morning.

Addiction may seem like a far off, distant problem, which may never affect you or your family. But the reality is, everyday millions of parents across the globe are facing the nightmare of having an addicted child.

Parents of addicted children reacts to the pain in many different ways; enabling their child, trying to ‘fix ‘ the situation by absorbing their consequences, turning a blind eye to the problem, or even just hoping that their addiction will fade away naturally into thin air with time.

In the meantime, parents lose sight of reality, lose control of their own lives and almost lose hope on the salvation of their children from such bondage. It is never too late to be a better parent; things can yet be changed for good. All addictions are progressive in nature, and unless it is addressed, it gets progressively worse, which eventually results in the desensitization to the people you’re hurting and even yourself physically, psychologically or even spiritually.

Addictions like pornography can make someone objectify the other human that is the focus of their lustful desire and this can also affect every other member of the family, addiction they say is never a spectator game, as in the field of addiction, everyone is a player. There are no spectators; someone’s addiction by default has an effect on family and friends, directly or indirectly. No one houses a monster and expects a cool night rest; same applies to the parents of an addict. He/she is one thing in the day among family and friends and then another thing at night in his/her closet.

Note that; parents are usually the first to sense a problem, even if you may not know what it is, but this can only be possible if you have time enough to observe and follow up on your child. I understand you’ve got to work so you can pay bills and fend for the family, but on the long run, this labor will be inherited by the same child or children, would you rather hand over a little property to a well trained and nu8tured son/daughter, or a massive wealth to a lunatic, yes! a lunatic, because that is the end result of an unattended addiction.

There are few steps to follow when helping an addicted child as a parent, these steps are listed below.

STEP BY STEP APPROACH TO HELP AN ADDICTED CHILD

STRENGTHEN THE RELATIONSHIP.
Have an open and assertive communication, you didn’t notice his/her addictions due to poor relationship between both of you, as a result a breach of communication, reassure your child that you can be trusted with anything at all and keep to every bit of promises you made, especially confidentiality. Ask open ended questions like;

How can I help you today?
Why did you decide to start doing it?
What would make you want to quit?
What do you like and dislike about quitting?
What activities would you rather like to do?
What are some ways to help develop healthy friendship?
Make sure the questions are open ended and non-judgmental as well. An open ended question cannot be answered in a word and so it allows for increased communication and a better exchange of ideas, by so doing you can identify fears, weaknesses and strengths in your child. These questions have the goal of leaving more information about your child.

When communicating with them, note these things;

Stay engaged and focused
Be kind and respectful
Display a sense of acceptance and understanding
Do not show anger or sorrow by crying
Reduce distractions so you don’t look less concerned
Focus on the good and don’t elaborate the bad excessively
Diminish negative reactions
ENCOURAGE POSITIVE BEHAVIOR AND TREATMENT
Stop focusing too much on the mistakes, it will diminish confidence, lower self esteem and diminish sense of personal power, leading to a continuous use or indulgence. Remember, the aim of indulging was to achieve a result, so help achieve same result by not using. Some children take substances because they do not have the confidence to stand a bully, emphasize the positives and encourage desirable behaviors suggested by him/her. Encouragement and optimism builds a sense of team work and corporation while reducing conflict and negativity.

Encouragement is not based on comparing your child to others, solving their problems for them, or focusing on past failures, instead, send positive messages like;

You can do it
You can be successful
I believe in you
You have good ideas
You’re smart, how can I assist you?
You’re important
I value you a lot
CREATE AND REINFORCE CONSISTENT GUIDELINES
These should be developed in collaboration with your child. Make it in a ‘cause and effect’ format, do not make it look like rules or commands, let it be agreed and suggested unanimously. Don’t make it cumbersome and mind you, it will not be possible to cover all contingency but can be established for the most common events. Avoid inconsistency in these guidelines.

In addition, you can place a condition on financial support, be careful when doing this, study and understand your child well to be sure this will not lead him/her to steal from other people. If the support is conditioned, he will belt up. Imagine a queried staff, he/she will work tooth and nail to regain trust and maintain integrity, same applies to a child on allowance from the parents.

SET CLEAR BOUNDARIES
Boundaries help clarify distinction between helping your child and enabling your child. Enabling is a sign of poor boundaries where you begin taking on too much responsibility for your child’s actions. Enablers’ will;

Make excuses
Blame themselves
Focus on reducing short term pain
Unintentionally reinforce use.
Strong boundaries will cause conflict in the short run but they will show your child that you cannot be manipulated by their actions. When boundaries are clearly set, your child will take responsibility of every action, making him feel bad for his actions and develop zeal to change.

Be very careful about what your child is suggesting to you, don’t buy into all of his/her ideas, and scrutinize them. Always know when your child is trying to ply on your intelligence, don’t fall for white lies and manipulations, children are smart and observant, they learn character speedily and believe me, your children knows you like the back of their palm and so can easily use your weaknesses against you.

PRACTICE SELF CARE AND PEACE
Make sure you do not neglect your own personal needs as a parent, caring for the needs of an addicted child grows stress, causing you to run into mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, reduced immunity, obesity, memory and attention problems, heart disease (high BP) etc. so spend time doing activities you like with those you love and practice relaxation skills. Caring for yourself will help you care for your child better, remember, you cannot give what you do not have, so be a picture of what you want your child to be so he/she can see you as a role model and mentor. Make sure you do not quarrel with or accuse your spouse for your child’s addiction, at least not in his/her presence, work hand in hand and carry out strategies to help ameliorate the issue and help the child, quarrelling will not solve anything, it will rather scare the addict farther away, remember, at least 70% of addicted children are not happy about being addicts, your constant fights may be the reason for his/her addiction in the first place, your fight may give them the notion that they are the reason for the domestic unrest and this had forced most children to run away from home. Be careful not to blow things out of proportion.

Don’t be too emotional, it is normal thing that parents find it uneasy to be hard on their children, especially the mothers, but also know that the word ‘hard’ is like a two sided coin, it can yield either a negative or a positive result, and the line of difference rests on intentions. If you overly attach emotions, you may not be able to dish out good principles for your addicted child, you will feel they are too cumbersome or painful for him/her, can she stand it/ if I cut off his allowances as punishment, how would he feel?

Now think of these in another way if you continue. Access therefore both the long and short-term benefits and consequences of your emotions on your child and his/her recovery. This doesn’t show hatred in any way, but be bold enough to express your disapproval of some characters and stop hinging it on emotions. These won’t help your child’s recovery because your emotions have given enough reasons for him/her to continue the habit.

RELAPSE WILL COME BUT BE CAREFUL HOW YOU DEAL WIT IT
Relapse is simply a return to a bad behavior after you have stopped doing it for some time. Relapse can be very hard on addicts , it causes a ‘morning after effect’ where the addict feels very bad and depressed for relapsing after probably a strong decision not to indulge and also an abstinence for some time. The after effects of relapse can be very disastrous if not well handled and so parents must be very careful when dealing with a relapsed child during addiction therapy. If you treat relapse with levity it will be dangerous for both you the parents and for the child, it can lead to depression, hatred and even suicide, that is why you have to be strict on some grounds to prevent the occurrence of relapse. Most people find it hard picking themselves up and starting it all over again, most people give up after relapse, believing in a wrong ideology that their addictions are for life. Build confidence and self respect in the addict to enact maturity so as to be able to handle relapses as the case may be. Make sure you do not castigate him/her for relapsing, also, do not appraise relapse, show your concern and disapproval of relapse and be mindful of the words you use at this stage but urge him/her on with more of encouragements. Also, watch the mood of your child during this relapse;

Is he/she broken?
Is he/she feeling bad?
What are the things he/she says concerning relapsing?
Are there feelings of remorse for relapsing?
Is relapsing looking normal to the addict?
Did he/she open up on relapse?
Your child’s feelings about relapse will determine his/her interest in the whole recovery process, a feeling of remorse, brokenness, anger and especially opening up to a parent during relapse is indicative of his/her interest in getting free. It also shows that a level of confidence and trust had been built in the parent and these will depend on how you’ve been dealing with him/her. Opening up to you means your efforts are appreciated; the remorseful feeling is an indication that he is angry about hurting you and truncating your effort, for the parent, this is a positive feedback and this is the time to start getting happy. Every addiction counselor works with feelings from relapse, if your child is not exhibiting any of these feelings, then probably you’re enforcing the recovery and not making him understand and key into it personally without a push. Remember, “You can force a horse to the stream but cannot force it to drink water”.

Remorse in relapse is a sign that he had really decided to change for good, these are positive checkers, against which you should know it is forceful. Don’t act bizarre upon noticing relapse, it can be very heart breaking but it should rather make you happy because it means you’re yielding results, be supportive, caution and show your disapproval not disappointment, reassure rather and explain it is not the end and make sure you work it out together again, offer a shoulder to lean on because the best tool to recovering from addiction is love, make the addict feel loved and do not just merely say it, emphasize that you’re in it together and really work as a team.

Lastly, do not forget to point out triggers. Triggers are things that cause your child to indulge in the act again. Identifying triggers will help in overcoming addiction a lot, remember there may be multiple relapses during each process because these will help you uncover hidden triggers that was even unknown to the addict but came up with time. Most addictions changes triggers when one had been identified and dealt with just like a virus changes strain to fit into a new environment, for example, it is possible that a child masturbates because of pornography, if the child decides to stop using phones and gadgets, watching movies in the room may then become another trigger in a bid for the brain to cater for satisfaction and pleasure, if this too is dealt with, then loneliness can breed thoughts that would trigger it, meanwhile initially, the only trigger known to even the addict was watching pornography, but there are some triggers unknown at the onset but arises by virtue of circumstances and time, these are some of the advantages of relapse. This gets bad when a relapse is due to same trigger from a previous one, that means there had not been a forward acceleration and the previous trigger had not really been dealt with, an indication of no growth, make sure therefore that triggers are not repeated even in multiple relapses.

Health / How To Spot An Addict Within A Short Time. by pdunamis20: 8:54am On May 13, 2020
Knowing a child’s addictions or discovering your child is addicted can be a pretty tedious task as some normal teenage behaviors can be hard to distinguish from symptoms of substance use. Moodiness, rebellion and changes in interests are common in adolescence and not necessarily signs of a problem. Parents and friends will therefore have to look for multiple signs of addiction, beyond normal teenage behavior in this age group. Addiction is pervasive and hence influences all areas of an individual’s life.

Below are some signs and clues to know if your child is an addict;

PHYSICAL CLUES
Addiction has an effect on every area of a person’s life. The behavioral changes in the life of an addict are often the first signs of a problem that loved ones notice. Parents are usually the first to sense a problem, even if you may not know what it is. Therefore, watch out for habits, more than one and persistent over time, such as;

Change in eating habits and unexplained weight loss or gain.
Inability to sleep or wake up at usual times.
Red or watery eyes, pupils larger or smaller than normal, blank stare, sniffing all time.
Excessive sweating, tremors or shakes.
Cold, sweaty palms, or shaking hands; nausea or vomiting.
Extreme hyperactivity or excessive talkativeness for previously reserved children.
Extreme silence, withdrawal and always behind closed doors for a child that was very social before.
SUDDEN AND SUSTAINED EMOTIONAL CHANGES
Loss of interest in the family
Signs of paranoia (an unusual feeling that people do not like you and are trying to harm you).
Being overly secretive or hiding behind locked doors.
General lack of motivation, energy and self esteem.
Chronic dishonesty and lying.
Moodiness, irritability (easily annoyed), nervousness.
These can become so severe that you do not recognize your child anymore and experience feelings of loss.

A PATTERN OF CHANGES IN SCHOOL ATTENDANCE, GRADES AND FRIENDS.
Changes in the child’s behavior in school as most schools do not have the resources to identify this.
Tardiness (lateness and slow in reaction) and attendance problem.
Inattentiveness in class and a drop in grades.
Always try and talk to the school directly, addicts can be very cunning and secretive. Watch out for changes in circle of friends and activities, most addicts get into addictions because of their new found friends. Watch for any change in friends and acquaintances, addicts will never bring their friends who are bad home, they do not introduce their fellow addicts to family but they rather keep secret friends and wouldn’t want people know about it.

SEVERAL INSTANCES OF UNACCOUNTABLE MONEY OR ITEMS OR LOSS OF MONEY.
All addicts have itches and a great urge to attain satisfaction, it is a function of the brain command and they must have to respond to it, don’t blame them entirely, so in a bid to respond to the demands of their brain on the body, they can go extra miles. Addicts may not still because they are kleptomaniac except those with such addiction), but rather because they have an insatiable need to meet. When you start noticing loss of money, items, drugs missing from the medicine cabinet, food or beverages both alcoholic and non alcoholic missing from their safe places, then this is a very loud alarm, especially if this is consistent enough.

At such stage, be on the watch and don’t jump into any conclusions yet, study the pattern of los, it may be daily, weekly, monthly or as the case may be. Don’t hurriedly accuse anyone but if possible, set traps and catch red handed or in the act. Drug abusers will always look out for their stuffs in every nook and cranny of the house, they know almost all brands of that particular substance because they’re fully into it.

Most drug dealers deal with and become dealers of inexplicable source of income, so make sure you can account for every and any source of income or money found on your child, it is very important. Most of them live under the pretense of getting it from friends and relations, don’t stop at that, investigate the source; this will expose you to the reality of things going on in your home.

Kleptomaniacs steals from parents and siblings, they even steal from shops and malls, this has to be arrested earlier before disgrace comes in. if you notice your child with new stuffs and clothing that you didn’t buy, and you know he/she doesn’t work, then get to the root of the source of that thing, it may just be stolen or the money used for the purchase stolen as the case may be.

Also, when your child always claims to lose money given to him/her or when sent on an errand to buy anything, he/she always lose money, that money may be going in for something else, and definitely something obscure.

There are very many pattern to addictions and as such different people have different types of behavior exhibited when they are addicted, all-in-all, addiction can be noticed in an individual when there is a deviation from normal pattern which is not as a result of growth. Be careful to strike a difference between changes in a child’s character due to growth and changes due to an addiction, the line of difference is very thin but the latter is persistent, strong and more consistent than the former. Character due to growth is chiefly due to reaction to changes within the body by differences or changes in the chemicals within us, similar to addiction which is also due to chemicals within the body, but for the case of growth, a balance in this level of chemicals to normalcy is struck in a lesser time than for addiction, hence we have to be very watchful.

UNCHARACTERISTIC CHANGES IN MOOD OR PERSONALITY
An addicted youth is almost always prone to depression due to dependency, so he/she goes down with depression and other mental health issues like anxiety, mood swings, anger, rage etc.

The challenge is that, most times you may mistaken a substance abuse for a mental ailment caused by an evil spirit as they both affect same thing, the brain. Depression or anxiety can be caused by a child’s drug or substance abuse; on the other hand, it could be the reason the child is using the drug in the first place. Chaos at home can push children to abuse and therefore addiction, so as we spot their addictions, lets also make sure we are not a contributing factor to it. It is possible the child was first depressed and was unnoticed due to less show of concern by family and friends; this could have come from a broken home, relationship, failure, bullying etc, before using the substance or indulging in the act which eventually became a habit.

Education / Where The Story Began, My University Of Benin Undergraduate Days Experience. by pdunamis20: 10:10pm On May 12, 2020
Let me share this my experience with you on graduation from the University.

Please schedule some time on this…You will be happy you did. Especially for my Fresh and aspiring graduates.

11,10,9,8….0,Miss Celina counted down.Miss Celina is a young lecturer in the department. Boom! Everyone hurriedly submitted their papers and rushed out for the usual ceremonial exercise as perceived “Graduates” as friends are long waited outside with bags of water, mixed solution, wine, soft drinks, just to mention but a few. The water was to be poured on them with the white painted “sign out” shirt.

Their joy could not be contained including mine, with the shouts in the air “No more semester again”,” No more night class “, some funnily added ” No more jacking again”-This statement in particular caught my attention, but I will discus why below the lines.

I seem unpopular among the lower level students,so no much came to pour me water except for the departmental president and I decided not to let much persons know I will be finishing the day I did less they come and wait for me(I hated this activity the most…and I don’t give room for it in case you’re thinking to come and perform one on me-Pls park well o). The lower levels and friends did their work well,Thank God for my life. “Fine boiz like us,they no they too rush us”…As some persons were begging to be poured water on. This seem so serious as I watch.

I stood by the side as thoughts ran through my head. My interest wasn’t on how I am going to be free from ” book work” but why so much people find joy when they are been poured water on,I actually thought on one line that these water being poured on them will fetch them good fortune as new graduates. But I was wrong.Which ever motive they had, it’s not my subject of discussion. However,if I become the minister of Education, there are some activities I would humbly remove from the university system especially amongst the final year students.

Disclaimer: Am not against any one celebrating a successful outcome. In fact, I love celebrations. Did I say you shouldn’t perform your usual ceremony for final years?? Don’t read what ayam not saying o.

I have not made so much noise about being a final year students because am too busy thinking. My thoughts on how to add value to Lives. It got me too busy that I wasn’t interested in being part of the final year week for Fyb’s..some said I was being too spiritual (Na you oo). A big thanks to my own lecturer Dr. Samuel Adodo who taught us on “Thinking outside the box”. My greatest time as a student was in his class,I come out from each of his Career class challenged and with fresh business ideas and how to add value to my society.

Majority of the persons I have discussed with over time, feels being a graduate is all that is to be outstanding in the society. Haunty, I can I remind you that B.sc is becoming like a normal SSCE certificate that almost everyone has. In my place, most market women or men has Bsc…so why make so much noise. They had their certificate and yet they aren’t were they dreamt to be with their reasons, probably mistakes too anyway. This is where my challenge came from.

You’re a graduate of mechanical engineer, let me shock you..That mechanic boy on the street without primary education seems better of an Engineer than you;Congrats my Egbon electrical engineer that cannot fix a cable across a house; Huncle Economist who can proffer economic solutions to his father’s business. Well,I would not blame it on our perceived “graduates” I blame it on the school who though us to read and pass exam and then Some of them who give us exam to make sure we fail, and others who are so much lazy to mark our script-So na simple questions win am. Except for the few who exposed us to realities to becoming relevant in the world.

We are so keen to graduate with a first class or a “two-one” being too busy without getting the rudimentary to succeed in the outside world.

We came, we saw, we conquer is a major line amongst final year students who are confused (Come and beat me,am in my plans)…my simple question: on what basis does this line stand. Let me leave it for my Haunties, and Huncles who are already angry with this to justify. Hmmmm

Education vs School
How it broke my heart that I so much wanted to be in school than to be educated…I came across an a young man who was an arm robber(Emphasis: Was) a graduate and he told me this and I quote him in his words…pls read carefully. Don’t read what am not saying:

” I regretted going to school than being educated. The emphasis was being a graduate of Uni-x than being exposed to realities that will make one a solution provider in the society “

So where did we get it wrong? My Huncles and Haunties set five days aside to celebrate, party on they ground of being graduates… ‘Omo,after you na you o’.

Many eyes are on you especially from your sponsor through school, they are expectant, perhaps you have younger ones…Most times, parents believe that being a graduate grantees your success. Gone are the days…You think this way in the days of Prof. Mon Nwadani, Prof Abeiku and others when the economy seemed better and when the university wall provided education at its real value.

This my is simple submission… Celebrate in simple pleasure, and gear up for challenges ahead. Being a graduate does not guarantee your being successful, most successful people in our world are not graduates, they are educated in that they have added value to their society.

It’s time to think, plan, fail, rise and create a revolution that the world has not seen. It takes beyond being a “Graduate” to do that.

Than waiting for miracles and collar jobs…create one. In the next two years,I will be creating a platform to employ 200 persons…so think and act in this line. The world is so fierce. Only intentional people survive.

Be intentional about life.

This is where the story began!
It’s not the point to claim Success…make every single moment count from now!

Let me get your get your response on the comment box.

Business / How To Monetize Your Passion In 2020 by pdunamis20: 2:44pm On May 12, 2020
Hi guys, today I will be discussing on How to monetize your passion in 2020

Have discovered that in the few years, a lot of attention has been to skill acquisition and personal development. Everyone is encouraged to Learn new skills every year, especially digital skills. But these skills are mostly acquired for the wrong reasons. Persons learn skills because they what to have a better opportunity to compete for relevance.

Some learn because it’s a major requirement for certain job requirements. Others learn because they need to make ends meet. In the midst of these, I carefully observed some of the persons who acquired these skills. I monitored their progress over time, and I realize that skill acquisition and accumulation of knowledge is not what makes us productive as youths. Neither does it boost economic growth. Out of the thousands of young people who learn skill everyday, (be it digital or hand skill) Only very few persons have been able to come up with major solutions to huge problems facing the economy. Access to previously created solutions have made us believe that nothing is wrong. We are comfortable with what has been provided even when more bigger problem arise EVERYDAY.

The average blogger only makes his post, positions his website for traffic. Gets AdSense or cash generating methods for his blog. Start earning, does publicity… And that’s it! The average photographer learns the job… Produces amazing pictures.. Has followers on IG has good patronage. Organizes one or two trainings.. And that’s all! It goes on and on… And while this all seems normal for us. I have come to realize that is not enough. In the midst of these knowledge and skills acquisition era.. Something important is missing. We lack major solutions to world’s problems! Things still fall apart in our world.

More analysis and complains arise everyday. And yet there are very few major solutions in the midst of so much skill. Why?? Creativity has not been harnessed… Now follow me creativity is what makes man’s entire framework. It is the driving force of existence.. It was wired into man’s DNA to ensure continuity and balance in the universe. You may acquire skills.. Accumulate knowledge but no skill, I repeat.. “No caleb” skill can be find the “right expression” without creativity. The essence of your skill is to bring balance and continuity in the universe by creating major solutions to rising problems. And this cannot be achieved without CREATIVITY.

Many persons don’t know this. Look around guys! See the inventions, products and services that made this so easy for you. They’re not there because someone decided to be “Skillful”….They’re there because the pioneers harnessed a powerful force in the Universe… A force that ran through their DNA. CREATIVITY HAS BEEN HARNESSED. Have you ever wondered why in the midst of your numerous skills, you have not been able to come up with something tangible and UNUSUAL, No UNUSUAL business model, No UNUSUAL products.. No “Niche disrupting ” achievements so far nothing, nothing.. Nothing against all. Why?? Because a lot is missing!

It’s time to get hold of clarity and unleash!

Hope this article blessed You? Let me get your comments and reservations.

Career / How To Become Relevant In Your Market Place by pdunamis20: 1:58pm On May 12, 2020
Hi guys i will be discussing about How to become relevant in your the market place. Ensure to read to the end.

I have watched young people make mistakes in bid to either make their parents happy or becoming relevant, maybe to be reverenced too.

Many go as far as studying courses that can guarantee their future… Courses like medicine, Petroleum engineering,Just to mention but a few.Others say it’s passion and desire that led them. So they choose pathways that suits their personalities, and interest.

In any of these, the end goal is to survive and make more money, even those who choose pathways effectively.

In the current time, money drive most decision of career paths… Gone are the days when people studied courses because they wanted to add value, welcome to the days where most people are in a certain career path because of what money it gives.

These keeps me thinking most times especially when people ask me value or money first?

Well, I don’t know how we got here.. Sincerely speaking, am not expecting to hear questions like this above .. Because it’s just like asking, if you should count 10 before 2.

In the market place today, what speak volumes is how much money you can pack than how much value you have added.

Everyone goes into production not necessarily to add any value but in a bit to make money. Their first thought we the idea came is how much money do I make if I do this??

When you choose to add value, Money will naturally come. No controversy about this…. It’s an established reality.

The question shouldn’t always be how much money but how much value.

I wish our young people understand their place in the 21st century, that’s the only way value could be more efficient…. Let’s kill this quest to make money “sharp sharp” that’s what leads to issues like avariciousness hence Corrupt leaders tomorrow.

Here now, these are the ways to stay top in your niche:

-Learn to choose career paths rightly, with correct motives and intents.

-Understand your place in the 21st century Market,It is needful if you want your value to be felt and appreciated.

-Learn the kind of value should add. Your value should be within your niche so you could sustain relevance in your market community.

-Stay top at The marketplace.Your ability to navigate the paths above gives you an advantage to staying top in your marketplace.
