I don't think there is any judgement that surpass that of the supreme court of the land in Nigeria. Fubara is not disobeying court order but only acting on superior order of the court of law. It's a settled case that supreme court order supersedes that of the lower court.

SC made a proclamation on a different case other than that. It's a case of caretaker committee that the SC delivered on. The should wait or appeal the interim judgement because INEC n other organs responsible may decide not to recognize the elected members due to the court order and people will start shouting partiality.
