It's the same way the NBA LPDC cannot commence the investigation of any matter where the Lawyer has already sued the NBA.

It's a different thing if the probe had begun before the lawsuit.

Seating on a bill and functions of the ethic committee are the internal affairs of the senates, so I don't know why my instance fails to correlate with the issue here. She has the liberty to sue senate after their resolution for the court to review their(senate) actions not to stop it's progression.
