LMAyedun:
Which Boko Haram again nau?
I thought Buratai & this Gov't said they've been wiped out of North East..

APC and lies are like Beans & dodo.
Not really terrorists are like disease when you wipe them out they layback, regroup and come back to attack and they are stronger. Case study US Iraq or Afghanistan terrorist fight. Even though the fight is over US marines are still there hold it down. So bro I disagree with you on this. We need to wipe those terrorists out and keep them out.

Last BH video sent chimes down my spine thats some real life scary shit and action should be taken fast. Its been long since we heard of bomb blast in public place and thats a commendable effort from Nigerian Army.

Honestly we need to grow up
why must they commission every thing
POliticians are elected into office to manage state resources and develop it thats their job so i see no reason for commissioning projects which is actually their job.
Does commissioning it add value to the project?
and at the end of the day they spend ridiculous amount

This dude did not lose money. Shareholders sold of their bonus shares, institutional investors bought them up. From what I understand, a good portion of investors cashed in their chips which caused the share price to fluctuate.

Femi is still the biggest winner here, he issued 216 million shares—and got for himself 170 million of those shares, leaving for the other share holders a measly 46 million. Two things: He further consolidated his majority shareholding position and kept money in his pocket. Wise guy.
Dude It seems u are the only one that read the post.
he gave out a share for every 5 share and he's the major share holder implying the company gave out 216 million and he's getting 170 million his net worth will go down definitely cos he owns the company but his wealth will actually go up now people are selling back for less and he can acquire more

Christianity EtcRe: Pastor E.A Adeboye Is A Murderer – Kemi Olunloyo by Pebcak: 4:16pm On Mar 31, 2016
A little over two years ago, Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo, 48, daughter of former Oyo governor, declared on Facebook her interest to run for Nigeria’s highest office. Later, she downgraded her ambition: she called for then Yar Adua-led government of Nigeria to appoint her Nigeria’s high commissioner to Canada. As a Nigerian-Canadian, it was at this juncture that a lot of people took special interest in her utterances and behavior.

When her campaign for calumny was imminent, Malik Shabazz, Bruce Ugiomoh, Bolanle Coker and another Igbo follow, Kaanayo Nwachuckwu, started a campaign “Nigerians say no to Madam Olukemi Omololu-Olunloyo” on Facebook. They dug out the fact that Kemi had resided in the United States for nearly three decades and was denied permanent residence status therein purely because of her serial criminal acts. This formidable team discovered she had served a jail term in the tiny Caribbean Island nation of Jamaica, using an alias.

"It was even cheese cake for us to unearth she was making a bogus political asylum claim in Canada. Armed with these facts, we presented our case to Nigerians on our page, which grew by at least 2,000 members daily, on the average.

And Olukemi became very rattled and angrier and began to fight back like a wounded lion: she called our office and asked the Government of Canada to fire us from our job, giving them flimsy reasons; she told the world we are group of 419," stated one of the musketeers that took on her case.

Here’s an excerpt from what she wrote about Bolanle and Shabazz and Kaanayo Nwachuckwu “Bolanle Coker, Kaanayo Nwachukwu and Malik Shabazz are crazy…I got Kaanayo FIRED from a Govt of Canada job…I demanded him be fired or it’s a multimillion dollar lawsuit of the province of Ontario, so he gets fired…These Nigerians are complete A*#Ss.”

Kaanayo Nwachuckwu, the leader of the team, wrote in his blog "when all her war of words couldn’t deter Nigerians from dishing curses to her, she contacted the management of Facebook with the claim that we had mounted a campaign of hatred against her and her family. Facebook, being who they are, did not ask any questions before deleting my account already maxxed at 5000 friends. With that, I also lost a page I started on Facebook with nearly 2 million followers from around the globe. Olukemi was on cloud nine with excitement. Nonetheless, we were not deterred; I got another Facebook in April 2010 and started another page with which we fought Olukemi to a standstill, knowing full well Nigerians would have the final laugh in the fight at the end of the day. That laughter took two years to come.

A couple of weeks ago, the Canada Boarder Services Agency (CBSA) directed Olukemi, who came to Canada in 2007 with her four sons (from four dads), to report to their office at 6900 Airport Road on May 4 for removal (deportation) from Canada."

“This is very frustrating,” Omololu-Olunloyo said from her Toronto home. “Nobody knows what will happen to us when we are deported to Nigeria.”

“I know I will be killed when I return for what I have written against the government,” she added.

Omololu-Olunloyo said some of her blogs and tweets have been against the government of Nigeria.

“I am a journalist and it will be only a matter of time before I am killed. The government do not like people who ask a lot of questions,” her last word.

Facebook Claims Infringement Over Nigerian Site Facekobo.com [case #486923]

For the 2nd time in less than a year Facebook is attempting to bulldoze me from fear of competition, FaceKobo was formed with our local KOBO, unit of Naira. Initially Facebook had claimed that I built Facekobo like Facebook, adopting its colors, since that didn't fly, they are coming for the name, the first thing that comes to my mind is 'who the hell do they think they are'...??......While contacted Nigerian lawyers home and abroad were easily intimidated by the name FACEBOOK, my Jewish lawyer asked me to ignore their rant...saying "Facebook knows what to do" if they consider me a threat, back then Facekobo was ranked 1.4 million today at 260,000 they R back...........what do you advise?

To Whom It May Concern,

We are writing concerning your registration and use of the domain name facekobo.com, which contains the famous Facebook trademark.

As you undoubtedly know, Facebook is the leading online social network service. Facebook adopted the name and trademark Facebook in February 2004 and, since that time, Facebook has actively used the Facebook name and trademark in connection with its online social network service, including maintaining the web site www.Facebook.com. The term Facebook is one of the most famous trademarks on the Internet. Facebook owns exclusive trademark rights to the Facebook name as a result of numerous trademark registrations in the United States and internationally, as well as related common law rights. Accordingly, Facebook enjoys broad trademark rights in its name.

Facebook has made a substantial investment in developing and providing its services. As a result of Facebook’s pioneering efforts and devoting substantial effort and resources to providing only high quality services, the Facebook name and trademarks are widely known among the consuming public worldwide, and the name and trademarks embody substantial and valuable goodwill.

Accordingly, we were concerned when we learned of your registration and use of facekobo.com. As we hope you can appreciate, protection of its trademarks is very important to Facebook. Your registration and use of facekobo.com violates the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. 1051 et seq.) because it infringes and dilutes the famous Facebook trademark.

Infringement occurs when a third party’s use of a company’s trademark (or a confusingly similar variation thereof) is likely to confuse consumers as to the affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement of the third party’s services. Trademark dilution occurs when a third party’s use of a variation of a company’s trademark is likely to lessen the distinctiveness of the company’s famous trademark.

We have filed several proceedings before the United Nation's World Intellectual Property Organization's arbitration panel. Facebook has prevailed in each case and the domain names at issue were all ordered to be transferred to Facebook. Facebook is concerned that your unauthorized use of the Facebook name may cause confusion as to whether you or your company’s activities are authorized, endorsed or sponsored by Facebook when, in fact, they are not.

We understand that you may have registered facekobo.com without full knowledge of the law in this area. However, Facebook is concerned about your use of the Facebook trademark in your domain name. As you may know, the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act provides for serious penalties (up to $100,000 per domain name) against persons who, without authorization, use, sell, or offer for sale a domain name that infringes another’s trademark.

While Facebook respects your right of expression and your desire to conduct business on the Internet, Facebook must enforce its own rights in order to protect its valuable and famous trademark. For these reasons, and to avoid consumer confusion, Facebook must insist that you immediately stop using facekobo.com and disable any site available at that address. You should not sell, offer to sell, or transfer the domain name to a third party and should let the domain registration expire.

Please confirm in writing that you will agree to resolve this matter as requested. If we do not receive confirmation from you that you will comply with our request, we will have no choice but to pursue all available remedies against you.

Sincerely,

Ethel

Facebook, Inc
Dude forget about it
Drop the name, I worked with verizon few years ago they are always getting sued by customers, but my manager always laugh we have a very brilliant legal team.

I can bet Facebook have a very brilliant legal team and there is no point at the end you will loose money and you might even end up paying them.
Lawyers can tell you anything now at the end he will get paid and make a name for himself and you will have to pay him and probably pay facebook you ll be the biggest looser.
