NTRODUCTION:

To start with, several reports have clearly shown that some developing regions were under-achievers in the actualization of the previous Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) initiated by the UN. Here comes the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) - structured to make the world a better living-place by 2030.

The pivotal role of the 13th goal, that is, (Climate Action) cannot be neglected in the course of stimulating a sustainable development in different regions across the globe.

The looming danger of global warming and other environmental emergencies due to different human activities needs to be proactively addressed with handy tools - such as the proposed GREEN4BLUE Initiative. The recurring issues of deforestation and the excessive usage of fossil fuel internal combustion engines presently poise a futuristic hazard to our immediate environment if proactive steps are not taken today. To aggravate the situation, some developing regions are currently exercising little or no effort in synergizing with the global community in the course of actualizing “Clean Air” by 2030 through proper Climate Action.

Aside other forms of environmental pollutions and breathing-related health issues being caused by the by-product emissions of internal combustion engines, several research reports also confirmed that the massive release of CO2 could alter the processes of atmospheric precipitations. It seldom leads to excessive rainfall during the rainy season - afterwards causing flood disaster, the excessive warming of the ocean can also result to rise in the sea level due to thermal expansion effects, and the same can also cause extreme heat during the dry season.

As a practical example, Nigeria and some other regions across the globe are currently being faced with these afore-listed climatic emergencies. To mention a few, acid rain could affect the full-flowering of various agricultural practices (that is an alarming threat to global food security) and it could inevitably affect the health of the ocean ecosystem. Urban centres are more susceptible to the emissions of greenhouse gases; overpopulated regions and highly industrialized areas are mostly affected in this context due to the massive CO2 and NO2 emissions from the conventional power plants, fossil fuel-driven vehicles and many others.

INTRODUCTION:
As clearly stated in the NETISM Book, the family is the smallest unit of a nation; a platform whereby morals, ethics, and values are being injected into the citizens. If the family fails, the future of the nation might be at the brim of fall. This theory clearly shows us the crucial roles of parenting in the process of facilitating societal well-being. Nigeria and many other countries across the globe are currently experiencing different forms of moral decadence, societal irregularities, and many other national unrests that were instrumentalized through failed parenting.

THE DYNAMICS OF PARENTING:
Parenting has never been the way it used to be in the past era, in this cyber-era, it goes beyond feeding, sheltering, or clothing one's kids and wards; that is the theory of Digital Parenting.

As we all know, parenting has never been an easy task in the previous decades, the evolution of the digital world, most especially the internet and other digital gadgets (video games, radio, TV, Social media, and etc.) hereby render parenting a much more demanding task in this cyber age, hence, a need for dedicated nation-builders to strategize on how the kids would responsibility use the digital gadgets at their disposal for value added purposes rather than using them for pessimistic engagements.
"It is better to catch them young"; reason being that the resultant lifestyle of a citizen at his or her youthful phase of growth can be traceable to his or her childhood experiences, in this era, most especially what they are exposed to in the digital world, or how they use the digital gadgets at their disposal for various engagements.
