Emphasis should not be on bank PHB alone. there is no bank without faults as the individuals working there are not angels. a single misadventure should not be the only criteron in judging these banks. all said, i will rate bank phb above average compared to other banks. i used to be with UBA but they were stealing my money in the name of banking charges.every month, they deduct #105 for ATM regardless of whether i use it or not. when i deposit money in any branch that is not my branch, they collect #10 on every #1000 same applies for withdrawal. they dont send alert in this modern era. i have enjoyed to the best of their ability. they are not bad.if you doubt me, try other banks.
