Music/RadioLearn How I Got 5,235 Plays And 123 Followers On Musiccloud In 3 Days. My Story. by pelij18(op): 2:54pm On Jan 14, 2017
Hello folks... I was actually browsing through the web in the last 3 days. I couldn't hold more than surfing down an ad that seemingly posed a clickbait trait on the look.
Nonetheless, it wasn't all i thought it was - rightly caught my side.

1. It's musiccloud.com.ng a music storage and sharing web-app which got me a free webpage that displays my entire uploaded tracks and had me 87 followers in 3 consecutive days.
2. Automatically spaced my phone number and twitter handle on their web
3. Got my music played 5234 times
4. Featured my music on their homepage immediately after upload
5. I was chanced to have my tracks aired on their web-radio

-Couldn't find my download count in anyway, but i advice my follow artiste to likely use this web-app alongside.

Checkout my musiccloud page here; musiccloud.com.ng/mohzaic

GOODLUCK ON YOUR JOURNEY SUCCESS.

This particular forum ought to be one of the most popular forums on Nairaland but it is not and I don't know why.

We, upcoming artistes, need all the help we can get from this forum. It is so tight out there and there is not much money to throw around yet. The MODs should encourage threads that have upcoming artistes showcasing their singles, listen to the singles and send the very good ones to FP so that a wider audience can have access to them. By doing so, you are investing in the career of the next big thing in music.

I know the MODs are trying, but this forum isn't as popular as it ought to be. We are talking music here and everyone knows what music means to the world.
Having read this.... I'm hearted enough that musiccloud.com.ng can play a very big role in this space.

Consequently, we're looking for a web-design firm to partner with right here in Portharcourt. Please do well to identify your company and portfolio portal as well.

Looking forward to meeting You (whoever we pick) in person, anytime soon.

I, hypothecally believe that no one did tell you about backup data centers in respective countries and please note; all data centers in the world cannot be marred in a spot. Consequently, if one suddenly get destroyed - it'll be repaired overtime and every damn files will be recovered. So, with the internet you're apparently hopeful.

Christianity EtcRe: Bad Effects Of Gambling and why its a sin by pelij18(m): 5:20pm On Sep 04, 2016
mhisbliss:
Bad effects of gambling & why its a sin
The bible did not condemn gambling directly but it said alot of things that makes gambling a sin, am not conversant with those bible verses but i know some verses and what it says, some of those verses are

Proverbs 13:11
Wealth gained hastily will dwindle, but whoever gathers little by little will increase it.

Hebrews 13:5
Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”

Ecclesiastes 5:10
He who loves money will not be satisfied with money, nor he who loves wealth with his income; this also is vanity.

1 Timothy 6:9
But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation, into a snare, into many senseless and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction.

Ephesians 4:28
Let the thief no longer steal, but rather let him labor, doing honest work with his own hands, so that he may have something to share with anyone in need.

Proverbs 28:22
A stingy man hastens after wealth and does not know that poverty will come upon him.

I wouldn't get married to one, wether part time or full time, and I'm sure most people wont either.

Bad influence:
It expose you to bad and irresponsible people who have no future prospects other than gambling untill they suddenly become millionaires, they'll keep advising you not to quit gambling that Tommorow will be your turn and you keep going deeper until you become addicted

Its hard to raise a family with gambling:
Most people who are gamblers have dysfunctional families, instability, poor standard of living, little or no financial progress etc, ladies never get married to a gambler.

Addiction:
this is somehow similar to drug addiction, in the sense that whenever its time to gamble and you don't have the resources to gamble, you'd become restless, you start visualizing the best outcome if you take a risk and gamble, then you'd borrow or sell whatever you have just to gamble, thier clothes, mobile phone, cars, heck they can even sell thier wife. when you loose you start reflecting that you've been foolish all the while and if you win you will use it to gamble again and the bookies will collect it back.

its a waste of productive time:
The dedication gamblers put into what they do is worthy of applause, they scrutinize check and double check and put all time and effort in it only to loose woefully like they didn't put any effort into it, they end up in disbelief only to bounce back afterwards and resume thier gambling.

Society frowns at it:
gambling is not a job, only those who own the bookies make the profit, and they make it off you the gamblers, like the name implies its gambling, you invest in it but you're not certain if you will have returns or not, its shady, i personally see full time gamblers as unserious. Its a shady business so invest in something you can get sure profits from.

It instills the spirit of greed in people: greed is the mechanism the bookies employ to make sure gamblers keep loosing and only few get away with thier money the rest loose because of greed, those who play sports betting can relate to this, they introduced the odds system, the easy outcomes has little odds which brings little returns, but since the greed is there you will choose more of it to accumulate odds or choose a dangerous outcome with little chance of winning and play in faith, and 90% loose because of such cunning machinations.

It draws you away from God:
the only thing on your mind will be the thoughts of how awesome your life will be when you win because you have faith that one day you'll hit it big so you keep playing until you hit bankruptcy, believe me if you put all that faith in God he will reach out, his ways are surer than bet9ja.

It makes people to sink into debt or go bankrupt:
If you have a business no matter how its progressing don't go into gambling because that would be the death of your business, imagine you keep taking from something without replacement everytime, eventually it dries up because its a sure thing the ratio of loss is higher than gains in every instance.

It leads to depression and emotional anxiety:
this is common among those who is still awaiting the outcome of thier bet and those who keep loosing untill they felt like they're the mayors of looserville, then you hear the later saying the bookies are using juju and the former praying God make my ticket nor cut.

My advice to gamblers and intending gamblers:

Its for the rich and emotionally strong people:
Am not judging, but dont go into gambling if you're clingy and emotional, its for those who can afford to loose, you see all the people in casinos gambling? Gambling is a fun thing to them, They can afford to loose because they're already rich, they stake what they can afford to loose without batting an eyelid, but you that intend to become rich from it ends up staking what you should have saved and when you loose you become suicidal and emotional.

Don't make it your profession:
do something with your life that is guaranteed to bring returns, dont base your life on heresay of people who won and think that is also your fate, we have different stories to tell and no two people will tell exact stories in life.

Don't go into gambling at all:
to avoid addiction, if you're in, its hard to get out, especially students its dangerous because one day you might use your school fees without considering how you got it and how important it is.
But entrepreneurship is gambling?

BusinessThese Tips Will Grow Your Small Business, You Bet by pelij18(op): 2:23pm On Aug 19, 2016
Everyone prays for their business to grow at every bit but fail to realize that it's one thing to venture into a business and a different thing to grow or bring it to consumers. But, the biggest question here is how do i grow a business with little or no dime?

Create a focus point

"The thing I really care about is the mission; making the world open" – Mark Zuckerberg.

Majority of successful business did create a focus point from on set and worked through the map. Fulfilling your business purpose - the reason is because your entrepreneurship spirit dwells there, it is the heart of the business, the core.

The mission of the business is one major reason while small business exists, if you eventually grow at the expense of forgetting that mission, then that business will be short lived. Therefore, hold truth to your business mission, it's sure the sole pre-requisite to business success.

A challenging vision will do it

Too many big businesses today were borne out of huge challenges, which did aid to forge out a vision. The breed of vision you develop can determine how fast you intend to grow in the speed of time plus your target level. Set challenging goals that will give you need to work out from that comfort zone and do something pretty cool, and never seen.

Challenging vision

Whatever and were ever you are, never permit factors to lure you into creating a dormant vision, try hard to develop a challenging vision that will put you in typical cogitation that generates prowess in time value. When a business team is ruled by a challenging vision, consequently, everybody will be compelled to come up with optimum strategies that will help grow the business organically, even better than average industrial growth rate. So you know what now? Set a challenging business goal, it will go a long way.

Recreate a strong business team

"Bringing together the right information with the right people will dramatically improve a company's ability to develop and act on strategic business opportunities" – Bill Gates

Growing a business to max simply means the best and right people need to be pinpointed at an oily position, i.e. reposition or recreating your team.

Secluding and delegating duties to your team based on strength and weakness is a huge factor for swift and afoot growth. Put off sentimentality and lay off anyone who's too weak to get even a least thing done. A strong business is very essential to your business growth.

Strengthen the business internally: "The most important espied issue is often not technical but cultural. It is convincing everyone that the company's survival depends on everyone moving as fast as possible" – Bill Gates

It's no doubt that every fresh entrepreneur does want to grow externally at first so as to attract a sense of prestige. But more indispensable than external growth, is internal growth. A lot of businesses have failed because of huge success, they grew too big and couldn't sustain the pace; they adjusted and died. Early business growth tactics is to first improve your bottom line; strengthen your employee's effectiveness as well as machines efficiency. This should lead you into automating your business process; at the moment a business effectively succeeds internally everything external goes absolutely seamless.

Mind the cash flow: "The most important word in the world of money is cash flow. The second most important word is leverage" – Rich Dad

Of course, you should know that cash flow is, and will always remain the bloodline of business. You should take to note of every kobo spent while growing on a lean budget. Know your numbers and above all your financial position should always be upstairs.

Customer care, the best solution to swift business growth

Whilst you're on the internal growth circuit, you should take proper care of your customers and encourage word of mouth. At the point you fail to realize that customers are the main reason you're in business you fail automatically; i.e. always make sure they're not ignored in your growth process.

Persuade your team to get as much customers and keep as much as they can. More importantly encourage your existing customers to help advertise your product or services. In case you are not aware, Amazon grew basically on word of mouth and to say, they're a multi-billion dollar company as of this moment.

Evaluate employee performances on timely basis

Never give any chance to incompetency and waste as much as evaluating your employee's performance rate at regular intervals and any employee that doesn't meet your standard should be fired.

"Generally I like other people to fire because it's always a lousy task. But I’ve fired many people" – Donald Trump

Seek for reasonable partnership deal

"Our success has really been based on partnerships from the very beginning" – Bill Gates

Over the years successful companies like Microsoft, Google and a whole lot of other sectional companies grew via the aid of strategic alliance. Therefore, such a style would be pretty cool while remaining small. Look within your vicinity first, to form reasonable and strategic partnership and if you can't find any; create one.

The core first, then followed by outsource

Above all, never forget outsourcing. Outsourcing is one cool means also. If there's any secret of growing a small business then it's outsourcing. It helps you grow in the outside world but then remain lean from inside. With the rate at which business is changing, it's now possible to operate a million dollar company from just a small office using the power of outsourcing. Every business has a core. So find your core, focus on it and outsource the rest.

Lastly, always re-invest your profit to grow your small business the more as well as sticking to the process. Building a successful business can never be achieved over the night; it will consume a lot of time, skills, experience and of course money.

Through to the end of the process, you need to see the big picture of where you are heading to; you need to envision the end point of that process.

Tip: as you grow, never forget to follow through with innovation; it is what keeps you going and produce huger buck in the long run.
