I dont think there is a need for sending many emails, they stated that they had much more applications this year so its not like they are doing it on purpose. Nicholekamsy: I think we should do something about this. Send emails and complaints We can’t just stay like this is nothing It’s really unfair |

Well, i hope so. alusiala: I'm not sure about that. I think the date that matters more is your course start date. I feel they'll try to send your passport back before you're meant to start classes so you won't miss any class. |

Woah for real . That's great. congrats. I think all applications processed in Nigeria are processed in Abuja if i am not wrong. alusiala: I'm Nigerian, I applied in Abuja. I don't know how it was processed quickly but Thank God lol. I used UKEAS, and the agent said sometimes if you're going to a large, well-known university, it can be a boost.
I don't know if it affected anything but I also used the education bond. But my friend used bank statements, and still got hers in about 3 weeks.
But more likely, the embassy here is prioritising study Visa applications so students can resume on time. So maybe if your case is straightforward, they can be really fast. |

I am not following. Why do you think there is a high chance of the fellow's visa being refused? He/she said the personal account is the one with 200k and not that of the sponsor, the account of the sponsor is fine according to the person. Furthermore the application has already been submitted and there is nothing the person can do. kelss5020: please do not apply, there is a high chance of your visa been refused. you should defer til Jan/Feb 2020 and provide an account statement of 7000euro or do the Bond Instead |
Travel › Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by Pelumos(m): 11:46pm On Aug 19, 2019 |
I applied using a 7,000 euro bond which my sponsor purchased for me. Blessedolamide: If you have such plans, then include it. If you don't, make sure the living expenses for a year is sufficiently reflected in your sponsor's or your account. |

Yes, its a generic response. I have seen someone who got this reply and had passport delivered a day later alusiala: Na was oh. But that email sounds like a standard reply. If you submitted June then it should have already been assessed by now. |

For those who do not have any family living in Ireland, is it needed to specify accommodation plans in the application? |

When does your school resume? kc4ujesus11: I submitted my application in Lagos on the 6th August for Griffith College Dublin 8. My supported documents are legit and my sponsor bank account is also wealthy and I have also paid 90% of the school fees. My only concern now is, my personal bank account is low in balance, I have around 200k left there.
What advice do you have for me ? |
