For someone using the education bond, would there still be need for a sponsor's Bank statement?

Is edubond a preferred means of showing funds for living expenses than the use of bank statement

Good day people.
I went for a study in Ireland event at eko hote, lagos today where there were many schools and their representatives. I spoke to the one from the school i have an admission with and he told me that i could pay my accommodation costs (which included feeding and electricity bills) for either a semester or the whole year before applying for my visa.

I would like to ask that if i make my full tuition payment and my full accommodation payment as well, would i still need the living cost amount which is a minimum of 7,000 euros to be in my sponsor's account.

As for visa application, I think from past information on this thread, the best time would be from June upwards which is when I also intend to apply myself as I am mean to resume in September too. Just want to pay my tuition balance and write IELTS.
Silin:
Please how do i pay my €600 to secure my admission at university of limerack . And when can start up my visa application? I am to resume september.

Cool, thanks. The school has confirmed that they will send that to me once I complete my tuition payment
Wolesantos:
That's perfectly fine coupled with official fees receipt issued by your institution.

I paid mine via Flywire, but I believe I can always print the PDF Receipt from Flywire, right?
Wolesantos:
Telex receipt is issued by the bank you make your fees payment through. it looks like a receipt for confirmation the money you transferred was successfully received by your institution.

Good day folks,

Please can someone tell me what telex is. I have been seeing it listed in requirements specified in this thread and I have tried searching to find out what it is but I have not been able to find what it means.

Thanks for highlighting them out. I did answer those questions in my prior application though. I will do a much better job this time around.

I sent a reminder yesterday. Hoping to hear from them before the end of the week. I do have a copy of the refusal but the reason was not specific, they cited lack of travel history, purpose of travelling, lack of family ties in Canada and their uncertainty about sufficiency of my funds and assets.

I was offered an admission for software Engineering at University of Limerick last year. i paid my acceptance fee but couldn't pay the full tuition and i didnt have all the funds. I asked to defer and was told the request would be made on my behalf. I inquired for feedback but I was told there had been no response from the faculty. I was then advised to reapply, that my acceptance fee payment would still be retained. I have applied now and its been a month and there is no response, unlike last year where i got a response in almost 3 weeks. Still hoping I get a positive response soon as I have been able to secure the funds I need and look to pay once i get an offer.

I would like to ask if its a disadvantage having being refused candaian study permit in applying for Ireland visa.

Any useful answer is highly appreciated.
