Delighted to announce the birth of my son yesterday morning, 3rd December, 2018 weighing 3.1kg after 5hours of labour.

To the glory of God, he came totally healthy at 37weeks and 5days.

Cappo shey you see why I did not want to join that squat wey you call? My babies dey always come early.

FINALLY!!!!!!!!! OUR DECEMBER IS HERE.

First off, we return all glory to God for bring us this far. Which of his favour can we deny? We say thank you God.
Piiiiiiiiiii...... The whistle is blown teamies, it's time to drop it like its hot.
Let the BA roll back to back, God will make it easy for everyone of us.


A big congratulations to mama babestell on the arrival of your lo, may she be all that you prayed for and many more.
I trust that our hospital bags are packed, we can still go through it once more to be sure we are not leaving anything behind.
We can start incorporating squats, walks and stairs climbing gradually in our daily activities before our Edd, I'm sure it's all going to worth in the end.
While we wait the arrival of our Los let's seize this opportunity to stock up on kitchen and other supplies as we might not be able to do that in a very long time.

For everyone one of us that will be going into the delivery room this month including our November and January porters, it shall be congratulations to us all with both mother and child a live with our families rejoicing.

Don’t want to bring baby on at 38weeks ni. I no wan hear say lung never mature and other stories. Once I reach official full term, I go begin my waka waka. Had my first baby at 39 weeks. Dedicated the whole 38 weeks then to stairs climbing. Will just repeat the same thing for this one, hopefully he will comply with my eviction notice

Got into El Paso earlier today.

POE was Atlanta. CBP Officer asked me what I came in for and I said childbirth. He then asked me the process, I told him, find a hospital, get a doctor and be sure you can pay your bill. Asked how much I had and I told him including the fact that I had prepaid part of my bills. He said he won’t be able to check my document because of the long queue and sent me off to secondary inspection. Got there and the new officer checked the doctor and hospital documents (note I’m using Doctoresparati) stamped me in and told me to pay my bills.

This is my second missionary journey via Elpaso but no receipt was asked for my first child.

The only thing you can do is to wait. On the UK embassy website it is clearly stated that most applications would be assessed within 15 working days and if there's a need for any applicant to wait longer the embassy will send you an email to that effect. The only exemption would probably be for applicants who paid for priority or super priority.

The long awaited 3rd trimester here, we are getting closer to the D-Day. 12weeks or less to go isn't that beautiful. Thank God for bringing us this far. 

How is baby shopping going for everyone?.
Wow, shopping made me realised this is truly happening for real. It will surely end in praise for us all.
Mamas let's try and conclude our shopping as soon as possible so we can atleast wash and iron before packing. I pray God makes provision speedily before we get too heavy to be going around the market.? God will see us through in Jesus name, amen.

Good morning everyone.

Please I need help and advice.

I applied for a UK standard visa for the first time this year, was issued, used it for what was intended and it expired this September. Have another training in the UK this week and I applied last week Monday for my visa. I emailed the international call centre to track my application and was told my visa status was decided Sunday midnight. The issue is that I am yet to receive a pick up email from the visa application centre at Ikeja and my training is due to start on Wednesday. Please what do you advice I do?

Any suggestion will help.

Hurray!!! We started from the bottom now we are here .
Yes, we saw 1st trimester and ms dealt with us like it wasn't going to pass.
Some of us had to swallow chilled Eba, had special bowl for spitting, brushing our teeth was a vomiting session but look at us now , we've been there and done them all. Great is our God.

Congratulations on coming this far teamies, it hasn't been easy but definitely worth it.

We all are now safely in the 2nd trimester, may the rest of the journey be easy for us all. Amen
Our routine drugs are a vital part of this journey, please let's not forget that.
Stay faithful to it, its actually our partner on this journey.
I guess some of us must have had our 1st TT shot. For the rest of us who hasn't, our hospitals will let is know when It's time i guess.

I used their letter at the POE in Houston two years ago when I had my baby and wasn’t queried on it. In fact I spent about 3mins at POE.

Last month, when renewing my visa via Dropbox for a B2 medical visa, I used the address of the doctor they gave me and his name as my contact in the US while mentioning their centre. My visa was renewed without questions and in three working days.

After much thought, I compounded my dilemma by adding the option of my wife not applying till when things die down (hopefully by November when the summer rush will be over). But in reality, do things ever get better with these embassies or do our people make things worse? Sighs.
Untill the morning of the interview, I was undecided but I told my wife to come along with me to the interview. On arrival, I told her to wait for at least 30 Minutes in the car, before coming in.
I armed myself with all that was needed for one who had put to bed in the states. I prepared for the worst. I got cleared by security and made my way to the queue. Kept hoping my wife won’t be just three persons from me.

Whilst on the queue, I observed there were three interview windows. Two males and one female. As I was on the queue, I was studying the interviews closely, forgetting my own interview. I was trying to understand the VO’s and how they respond to answers given. There was a bishop from the Anglican church was was quizzed for a long time. He was going for a church conference , he had very good travel history and is being sponsored by his his church. I saw nothing wrong with all the answers he gave or how he gave them and it appeared he was going to be issued as the interview was going so well but I was shocked when he was told: “I am sorry but you do not qualify for a visa today.” The number of denials was so high when I was there.

This was a dropbox renewal. I only stated my income.

I applied under the general category of B1/B2 and narrowed it down specifically to B2 Medical Visa.

Yes, my visa was issued.

Have you tried to complete your DS 160 form? Perhaps, You will understand my point better.

Yes I did. I picked the B2 Medical Visa and used the name of my doctor and his office as my contact in the US while using the apartment I will be staying as my address.

I was frankly scared but I didn't want any POE issues or future renewal problems.

not necessarily. if you're called for an interview, you'll get a mail to that effect with the 221g form attached.
Otherwise, it will change to issued soon. Renewed for my kids a while back. was reading administrative processing for some days before it changed to issued.
