The ones that are self-employed, is the government helping SMEs?

A lot of Graduates are self-employed. In what way(s) is the government encouraging them?

In Obio/Akpor in Rivers State for instance, Thursdays sanitation officers will come and milk you.
OSPAC will come with their monthly levy.
Obio/Akpor will come with their yearly renewals.
Another wing of Obio/Akpor will still come for their yearly 'MakeShift shop payment' yearly.
PHCN will come for their monthly stuffs.
And many more.
You feel the government is doing well to support SMEs in Nigeria?

Being a graduate is not a thing to be so proud of in Nigeria any more cos of the dubiousness of our politicians. Ph.D holders are lamenting. Master Degree holders are complaining. It's now a war of who knows who (man know man or who you Sabi). Some graduates go home at the end of the month with less than 100K with so many responsibilities.
They don't want to improve the economy, education, power sector, security sector & other areas. They want to keep borrowing and looting the treasury.
Nigeria is like a Time bomb.

It's not every insults that should break you. Some should make you.
Read the story of JO.
His landlord insulted the hell out of him cos of a small poultry he erected on his land. And before he kick-started the backyard poultry, he told him and he accepted. A compound of just two tenants. As a result of this insult, JO bought himself two plots of land and erected a poultry and a living house.
2. JO was a chauffeur (driver) to a man who constantly abuse him verbally and otherwise. JO resigned and worked harder and got himself a good car. He later got another one for someone as hire purchase where he gets weekly remittance from the driver.
3. JO's in-laws told him no lady on earth can manage him cos he was not too wealthy. JO wanted to consider a second wife or a side chic, until he was warned in the dream to desist from such thoughts.

RomanceMan Returned An Expired Condom To A Drug Shop by Pengician(op): 8:17am On Apr 17, 2023
Man returned an expired condom to a drug shop. Do people really check expiry dates in condoms? There is nothing I will not see, read, or hear in this country. Dude said he would sue the owner of the drug shop for selling a condom that has expired over 2 years ago for him. My friend is a lawyer with a master's degree in law. I thought it's only food items people check for their expiry dates, I never knew even condoms have expiry dates.
My questions:
What will happen if he uses it?
1. Will his John Thomas reduce in size?
2. Will it tear?
3. Will the pushing in and out not be satisfactory?
4. Will cancer emanate from it?

Man are not foolish.

If you get dumped by the first, we can assume he was the problem.

Get dumped by the second, see say “hmm”

Get dumped by the third, we start looking toward her direction.

Get dumped by the fourth, that’s an affirmation she is a problem.

Stay clear of divorcees ⚠️
Food for thought.
