i booked mine since sep 29 and I tried to cancel and i got a message that indicated appointment can not be found. It have probably be cancelled or deleted. Which I have neva cancelled and I also try to rebook and got this; A different appointment with the same entry was already booked. Pls what should I do as my resumption date is 24th of February

Actually I used a friend mail when I applied initially because my was having issues so after rectifying my he forwarded the mail to my mail but when I wanted to cancel it; I cancelled it from my mail...so I don't know if that can be the issues because they sent a mail to my friend that it was successful.... Its well...

It could be that the cancellation of your previous booking was t successful. I guess the system is still seeing your passport number and name on their database.

It kept saying entry needs to be unique. I called the embassy and the lady said my info is still in their database... God will finish d rest... Not easy..

After I cancelled and it was successful; it was not easy to rebook. It kept saying entry needs to be unique....

The application through email as stated above is very swift. Re-sent an email containing all the requested documents at 7:15am, got an AD for Monday next week at 10:27am this morning.

The AD (Jan. 10th) is for summer.

I personally booked for the person that got the date. I booked on September 28th with a start date of March 15th, 2020 on CAT B. The AD came in October 31st (8pm)....

So the purging of system is not real....

Maybe you shouldn't cancel so as not to make your chairman look like a fool in their presence but expect the excuse that dey told on the website dat dey will reset the database by Sept 30.
That's when you now come in with evidence that your AD has not been cancelled since.

Embassy will have no choice than to put your name on emergency VIP list and probably serve you tea during interview

Yes I did; though I want to use another email for the new booking..I don't know if that is the issue...

Good morning please i tried rebooking today and it's saying entry needs to be unique but I have cancelled my previous booking as of last month(early last month) but the only new info in the booking is my new email... 1)Is it work visa your cousin applied for or student Visa.

2) And if it was student visa, did your cousin initially submit anything like job employment letter? I think somebody here advised people to avoid submitting those things for student visa

Good evening; please as regards us contribution I would like to ask; if for example your start date the school gave you in the letter is April 1st; what date can one put when booking interview.. I am asking as regards winter preparation (though still pursuing it) Thank you.

If you're going for winter you must show proof of enrollment extension to the embassy. Don't use a start date you cannot prove. Try and get the extension from your school before you book.
As for date, depends on your school. Some schools will agree to extend while some won't. Some allow you to enrol by proxy ie. You don't need to be present to enrol. Once you're enrolled in a school, you're a student so you can resume anytime. Mail your school and find out if they can extend your enrolment or allow you to enrol by proxy.
But the major thing is that don't book appointment with a start date you cannot prove.

3.32 cgpa is a 2:2 which means you book under Category B.

Cancel and book with your new enrollment date. But the truth is that those who have gotten AD recently are those who use December as deadline. So find out from your school if they can still extend your enrollment to December or allow you to enrol by proxy. If they refuse, start seeking deferment for summer.

If your school has this deadline of October 31, it means you need an interview date not later then 3rd week of September, which at this stage doesn't look feasible.

Write to your School about the possibility of enrolling by proxy. If you can send your documents to them, pay semester fee and they enrol you. If they agree to this proposition, then you can cancel and rebook with December start date. You can get a date in October and leave by November if all goes well.

If they do not accept, passionately request for deferral to summer semester. They should be able to oblige.

Admission letter (original and 2 photocopies)
Birth certificate (original and 2 photocopies)
Proof of sustenance (original and 2 photocopies)
Primary school certificate (original and 2 photocopies)
Secondary school certificate (original and 2 photocopies)
University Certificate (original and 2 photocopies)
Transcript (original and 2 photocopies)
NYSC Certificate (original and 2 photocopies)
Motivation letter (original and 2 photocopies)
Old biographical document (original and 2 photocopies)
Supporting documents e.g CV, EPL (original and 2 photocopies)
Waec scratch card and Prepaid courier envelope
Note that the first 3 documents will be the parts where you'll be dropping the subsequent photocopies while you'll put your appointment mail and international passport on the side where you place originals on.
