She MAY not have lied when applying. She may have genuinely had travel plans before something came up. I mean, don't we sometimes make concrete plans to do stuff and then something else happens? I don't think it's fair to just assume that EVERYONE lied when applying for a visa. Eg. A person plans to travel then gets news of the death of someone or something that totally ruins the travel plans and probably has serious cost implications ( we do know that travelling these days ain't cheap anymore). Then say after like 4 months the person gets a positive pregnancy test and toys with the idea of having the baby abroad. 4 months plus say 6 months gives some time to save up for the birth trip...
That's just a possible scenario. Doesn't mean the person lied when applying. Or is the person supposed to forsee a pregnancy 6 months ahead, apply for B2 when there's no pregnancy, have correspondence with doctors and hospitals with an empty belly?
In all, there are different circumstances in life. Let's not be so quick to call a person a liar.

You are so right. This was exactly my case, although I was pregnant when I applied and I applied here in Germany. When the VO asked if I would use medical service there, we both laughed cause it's obvious medical care here is free, why would I go pay so much in the USA. Afterwards, my dad got sick and my mum said she would postpone her trip to me. In January, my dad passed on and she will not be able to come till later in the year. So, we decided it's best I go to my sister in the US to help me till July when my mom will come. Anyway I got the change of intent letter whether it's effective or not.

On this birthing centers, some of us are still eagerly waiting for the stories/transcripts of those who had 1st hand experience, pls.

My sister used a Birthing Center in Dallas and she got her Visa renewed via Dropbox just Last month.

Although I am not in Nigeria but I believe this is a honorable course that the youth must chart and I will definitely be a part of it. Once all logistics are made and implementation ready, I will support financially. In my lifetime, Nigeria will be great!

When you forgive, you release yourself from bitterness, hatred etc. Forgiveness doesn't mean trusting again nor acting like nothing happened, it means you have decided to free yourself from unnecessary hurt and you're wiser now not to allow a repeat.

Imagine, I felt really bad that he uploaded his family pictures and everything, yet nobody seemed interested. I should have also ignored him. I'm sure there are others that must have reached out to him as well. This is definitely his job!

He's same Edun Nwosu. In one of his several lamentation threads, someone offered to give him a bus, he claimed he had no driver's license and couldn't drive manual only automatics. Is that practical at all?

I contacted him, because a friend decided to give him a job, he claimed himself and his family were very hungry. I decided to give him something, suddenly he brought further lamentations of his daughter started running fever, she's so sick and about to be admitted yet he had nothing. He became so desperate disturbing me everytime, I gave him 10k. Since then, this guy never said a word again about the job. He's on to the next victim.

He's a petty thief and the curse of the Lord is obviously resting on him. I really thought he was genuine and he even uploaded his fake family pictures o. It was the children I was even most worried about, and it's obvious they don't exist. Lazy man!

People, please take note Mr Nwosu is only interested in money not job.
