Obi's claim and your's too and certificate forgery has been expunged by the court a long time ago. The University in Chicago even confirmed his eligibility.
Forfeiting $460k from drugs proceeds was even termed a 'civil case' by the U.S court and as such, not one that attracted any jail term. As a result, no court in the world will treat the case as a criminal case because there was no conviction.
Saying Obi got more votes from a LGA in the North more than Tinubu, Borno state of Shettima of all places, hmmm, I really don't know what to tell you at this point, you're only cracking me up badly. One of Obi's case was that the election results were compromised but has been unable to prove how exactly it was, and you all will scream blue murder when the case is finally thrown out for lack of merrit and a waste of time.
Other than the 25% issue, Obi has no valid point and technically, the law provides for Abuja to be accorded the status of a state in the constitution in certain circumstances. You all will learn the bitter truth very soon.

Unfortunately, the law does not react to emotional or illogical issues. The matter in question, as stated by the Chicago court, was a civil case which went without a conviction or any jail term. Whether he decided to challenge it or not is Tinubu's decision to make and no competent court will grant any hearing to his failure to challenge the forfeiture as an admission of guilt. I'm just sorry for Obi for the kind of lawyers he assembled to search for his lost manhood, they appear so inept and clueless. If that's what their closing submission is all about, Obi is gone.

Prior to the election, it became a public information and his representatives clearly admitted that the said money was forfeited but that there was no conviction.
As a matter of fact, in the response given by the Chicago court( as some petitioned the court), it was stated that the 2 parties reached an agreement for the forfeiture of the said money. Moreover, if he wanted it hidden, he wouldn't present any representative to confirm that it actually happened and if you read the article very well, that was about the only thing the witness talked about and the case was closed. There's a reason for that and that's because he knows its not admissible in court since he wasn't convicted.

Learn to read and understand. His statement read that the forfeiture was handled as a civil case as a result, there was no conviction or sentencing and therefore cannot be regarded as a criminal case. Even Tinubu himself didn't deny that it happened, he willfully admitted because he knows so well that it can't be valuable in this case because a reasonable person will know that if he didn't go to jail for it, he can't be termed a criminal or an ex convict.

You don't seem to understand basic technicalities in this matter. That submission alone is enough to knock out all of Obi's claims. If there's no record showing he's a member or has been a registered member for the time stipulated by the constitution before the election, then, it is a forgone case. This right here is a technical knockout for Obi. But make we still dey observe sha.
