Romance / Re: How Much Would You Have In Your Account Before Thinking Of Marriage? by Perfectionist11: 4:28pm On Feb 18, 2020
makydebbie:

Money is happiness and happiness is money.
You can't enjoy marriage without money, love doesn't feed us or pay the bills.
So that makes money very necessary.

You. I like you!!. She said; money is just a means to an end, neglecting the fact that the end is not a want but a "need" - which makes the "means" sacrosanct.

Romance / Re: She Is Pregnant With Twins But I Honestly Don't Want To Marry Her. by Perfectionist11: 3:08pm On Jul 07, 2019
Dear OP, I peg your pardon, but you're clearly not as smart as you think you are.

The most irritating discovery from the story you typed is that you believe you're not to blame at all. Despite the fact that you:

* Had so many opportunities to walk out of her life.

* Consistently had raw sex with someone you do not plan to marry in this 21st century without pulling out, even after the girl hinted that she wanted to be pregnant?

* Were to weak to say NO when she came back after every break - up. Probably because of the free sex

You really need wisdom. Now, I'll advice you to;

* Carry out a DNA test to ascertain whether the kids are yours in the presence of your trusted relative since you're far away.

* Not marry her irrespective of the result of the test as marriage is a long journey. And the reality is; you can't transform her if she's not willing to be transformed.

* Decide to help this lady pursue her career goals if it turns out that you're the father of her unborn child, because her naivety and your lack of discipline has altered her journey and knowing this country, probably made it more difficult.

* Learn self control.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Barcelona Vs Liverpool: UCL Semi Finals (3 - 0) On 1st May 2019 by Perfectionist11: 8:32am On May 02, 2019
Liverpool really tried. The only difference between the teams was Leo and clinical finishing. Klopp got his tactics spot on but I salute this Barcelona coach for his pragmatism - bringing on Semedo for Coutinho helped to blunt Liverpool a little as most of their attacks were coming through the left side and S. Roberto couldn't deal with Mane and Robertson alone.

I've watched lots of Barcelona games under Valverde and it is not uncommon for them to be outplayed - even at home - by teams but winning in the end due to a combination of fantastic performances from Ter Stegen, the defence and Leo Messi.

This may not be true ultimately, but I feel if Man city were the team that had Barcelona on the ropes for the 25 minutes straight after halftime they would have scored.

This happens everywhere. So many Instagram models, upcoming actresses e.t.c do this. Not implying that its quite the same, but do you think Rihanna would be dating Hassan jameel if he ain't the heir to a trillion dollars fortune? What possible connection do you think exists between the two? I wonder why African men are always aggrieved about this, and the funny thing is, it is always those that cannot afford these girls that attack them continuously.

They own their body, let them do whatever they wish with it.

Career / Re: 2019 Goal: How Do I Become Skilled In Public Speaking? by Perfectionist11: 6:26pm On Jan 04, 2019
1)The biggest tip is Simply to give yourself the freedom to fail/ stutter during your address.

2)DO NOT APPROACH IT AS IF A MISTAKE HERE/THERE MEANS THE END OF THE WORLD.

3)Be free. Tell yourself you have to perform well but approach it as if it is something very trivial.

4) Watch videos of very articulate and sagacious people. I'll suggest Bill Gates ( especially his speech at Harvard), Barack Obama ( his last address to the congress and one particular speech at the G8 summit that I can't remember the year).

5) Know that you're in control and contrary to your thought, the audience are not there to judge you - they are there to listen.

The biggest tip is not to be afraid of making mistakes; the fear itself will consume you.

Travel / Re: NRC Begins Free Train Rides From Aladja-Warri To Itakpe-Abuja by Perfectionist11: 5:53pm On Nov 09, 2018
This Buhari might be an illiterate, but in terms of project execution and delivery Nigeria has never had it better.

If his dream of connecting every region through rail transportation is achieved, it would do wonders for the economy; a tomato trader/farmer conveying his goods from Kano to Lagos would only spend 5,000 naira plus on transport instead of the usual 15,000 by road - which ultimately leads to an increase in profit, a decrease in price of locally made goods and a substantial decrease in cost of living.

In a country where industrialization is needed, it is a pity that we are so far behind in basic social infrastructures e.g rail transport, good roads, stable electricity e.t.c . The presence of these things is sacrosanct as industries cannot survive without them.

Although, the government is the biggest employers of labour in most countries, it is not the responsibility of the government to provide jobs. Their responsibility is to provide a conducive environment for business to thrive by investing massively in infrastructure. The presence of these social infrastructures will attract foreign investors who, in turn will employ the citizens of the country.

Politics / Re: Reno Omokri Reacts To Osun Rerun Election Held Today by Perfectionist11: 9:16pm On Sep 27, 2018
In the Imo State governorship election in 2015, Rochas Okorocha (APC) scored 385,671 votes; while Emeka Ihedioha (PDP) scored 306,142 votes, with a difference of 79,529. But 144,715 votes, which could have altered the balance, were cancelled. Attahiru Jega, who was the INEC chair at the time, declared the election inconclusive, a decision that was hailed by the ruling PDP then. Now, they see the declaration of an election inconclusive - which is backed by the law - a foul play.

Its time to use the nuclear option - a change in her family's attitude or divorce. Warn her about this beforehand and if nothing changes, divorce her.

You came into this world on your own, and you're responsible for your own peace of mind. If you didn't have a well paying job, I doubt she'll be here with you.

Geosystem:
instead of buhari to be signing bilateral agreement with Germany, Japan, South Korea, and other world powers he is with Niger, what can Niger even offer Nigeria self.

Do you even understand the purpose of this?

I will help you out.

This agreement is meant to effect the supply of oil from Niger to the proposed Katsina refinery. Maybe he should have sought for oil from a country thousands of miles away

I just wish more people followed Tracka.ng on Twitter or simply search for the hashtag #fgatwork/#pmb at work to see the difference between APC led govt and their predecessors. Buhari has his faults, but sincerely speaking, he is the best President we've had when it comes to project execution/ infrastructure development.

The sheer volume of projects started and abandoned by various PDP led governments since 1999 is seriously disheartening. They simply don't mean well for the citizens
