Well from my experience, I started with MTN & their silly 1.5 gb by day & 3gb night & bad reception, moved to Glo, wahala continued so I then moved to Etisalat. I've been on 1gb data plan for 1k since November last year. No network in Nigeria is best but for now Etisalat is ok. If you're on BB then maybe Glo could serve you with 1k for 3gb plan but if you're on Android, maybe Etisalat can work for you.
