Please guys what is the step- by- step proces in applying for a phD program in computer science, University of Tartu

As a phD prospective student, do one need to travel to other nations with Estonian visa representations for visa applications?

Alternatively, can a phD applicant opt for Schengen visa after gaining admission

Is it possible for a phD student to travel with his spouse(no kids yet) Can one submit both passports for visas and TRP ?

Can a private accomodation provided by the university be shared with one's spouse Or is it better to get offcampus accomodation?

Do embassy request for SOA for phD students on full scholarship? If yes! What's the likely balance one should look at??

Do they accept fixed deposit investment in the student's name?

We are looking at 2019 September intake.

You dey Turkey abi? If yes, try research this important information, others take note: Finland get certain type of Work permits for these less fanciful European countries, example from Ukraine, you can get a special Work permit to Work on Finnish farms and get paid 11euro/hr, from Romania, you get a permit to Work on berry farms...Find out what Turkey has with Finland, because them full here, also, with your 2.5m, if you dont get a scholarship, you probably will get admission, probably oh...then you can use that to process your papers..if you do not get both admission and scholarship, omor you will Mail the school and your school fees will be reimbursed
@ibra

It means the nigerians in these less fanciful countries would have a permanent resident permit ?? Or

Temporary residence permithuh to be able to move access these opportunities you mentioned in Finlandhuh

Is it for a limited time??

Or

For as long as they wanthuh

Cheers!

@ibra

Please if a prospective master's student gets a scholarship with living allowance, will he/she still provide proof of funds of 8k euroshuh

How is their phD admissions like??

Is it tuition free and does it require showing proof of fundshuh

Do PhD come with living allowance like Estonia huh

Finally, how would you advice someone who has an option of Australia, Finland and Germany for masters/PhD studies and ease of getting PR and raising children toohuhhuh

Thanks for this thread.....it's a real life learning portal.

Cheers!
TravelRe: Lets Talk About Estonia by Pesb(m): 12:37am On Dec 13, 2018
I think it was mentioned in this thread that post graduate students can use Schengen visa to travel to Estonia as an alternative.........(after arrival can apply for TRP)

Our guys over there can clarify further.

Educational ServicesRe: Request For Cheap And Affordable Universities In Europe Here by Pesb(m): 7:39pm On Dec 11, 2018
Let me make the records straight.....

Any of these cheap tuition Universities posted here..... mostly by @bigfat

Should be verified.

Don't be lazy.

Make sure you verify any of these schools and their associated fees.

Don't send any money to anybody.

I repeat, don't send any funds to anybody.

You can process these admissions by yourself.

It's very easy.

You can post any stage of the admission process here for guidance.......

The gurus will help out.

Dont private chat any so called agent

You will surely regret it.

Please verify all information. I mean all information posted here.

If you fall victim by neglecting this caution.

You will surely be booed.

I will boo you very well.
TravelRe: Lets Talk About Estonia by Pesb(m): 11:29pm On Dec 10, 2018
From what I gathered, I think your CGPA is good to go.

The phD admission portal for UT will be opened by MAY 1st, 2019.

Prepare for the suggested research proposals.

Try to take an English proficiency test (IELTS, TOEFL and PTE) before hand.

Get all your application documents ready before the application period.

The phD program is tuition free.... confirmed and it comes with a monthly stipend of 660 euros and additional 400 euros which is based on your academic performance.

Mind you, Estonia has no visa representation in Nigeria for now.

Wish you luck!
TravelRe: Lets Talk About Estonia by Pesb(m): 7:36pm On Nov 26, 2018
The thread has been a little cold lately.

I guess most of the contributors are choked up with studies or work.

Or

May be the visa representation(embassy) that is absent in Nigeria is another factor discouraging prospective applicants.

But if don't quit trying, you will succeed.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Post Abuja Jobs Here by Pesb(m): 11:02pm On Nov 22, 2018
To be forewarned, is to be forearmed.....

There have been this news popping up recently that a lady offering ushering jobs to unsuspecting job seekers and taking a sort of agent fees from them....

1,000 0r 2,000 or 3,000 naira might seem small for you to part away......

But when 1,000 or more Nigerians are swindled......

Do the math yourself.....

Please be careful.

Na December we wan enter so......dem full everywhere now.....

And again, anybody that demands money from you whether directly or indirectly, before he or she can offer you a job......has bad intensions. Do not be deceived.

Stay away from such person(s).

Cheers!
TravelRe: My Monthly Savings In Canada by Pesb(m): 4:21pm On Nov 21, 2018
I took time to read through everything the OP posted here.

Honestly, I like this man. I don't know him. But he is worthy of emulation.

1. He said he was earning 400k naira in Nigeria with its accompanying stress.

*no one will advice him to watch his health then**.

2. The right thinking man discovered that job title will not give him his dream life. He decided to travel to Canada.

He settled for security job; in Nigeria context, such job is demeaning so to speak. But in advanced countries, there is dignity of labour in all a man does.

Now, he is putting in less effort to make that much and you are advising him to watch his health.

Don't you know he was been through so much stress to earn 400k naira in Nigeriahuh

Now, as security guard, he is seizing the opportunity to study , make research and have fun too.

And he never said he will remain a security guard for life because he is even on a master's degree program.

Now, back to Nigeria, do you think, the young man would have been able to study for his master's degree while in Nigeria, watch movies that long a time and make research with that kind of job he had in island, Lagoshuh?

Infact, the OP is a very wise, determined and smart Nigerian.

I will suggest to everyone here and others that will join later, to learn the strategies that the OP is using to save and also those that have more saving tips to encourage the OP as well.

I like this guy.

All the sleep when u dey sleep for Nigeria(to stay healthy) wetin dem benefit person??

Na now when e young(OP) e get strength to work, so that by the time he is old, he will enjoy the fruits of his labour.

Working 12 to 15hours and still sleeping 8hours daily is just okay.

My guy, continue with your saving culture. You are an encouragement to so many young Nigerians reading your posts here.

Those of Una when dey canny dey complain say Una know fit save, settle down learn from this guy.

And again, make Una know dey too talk pass the OP......you will learn alot from this thread.

If u don't like the thread, you are free to read and not post, so that others can learn.

@OP.......u are good. Keep it up.

RomanceRe: Nairalanders Please Help Me Quit Masturbation by Pesb(m): 11:53pm On Oct 10, 2018
God brought Vivian your way.

Share the problem with her.

As a good Christian, she will guide you properly.

I would have preferred if Vivian was a male.

If you have or can get a male like Vivian

That will help too.

In addition to that, stop being all alone for too long.....try to mix up with good people. Kindly disconnect yourself from friends that enjoy immoral discussions and actions.

Stop those acts that bring the thoughts in your heart.

Read your Bible always too....mostly last thing before you go to bed.

Finally, always pray about this.....engage in church activities too.

I tell you in a short time, you shall be brand new in all ways.

God loves you always.

Go to him.

Shalom!

Can you drop the school link here? Why is everyone hiding it?
The OP is a nice person.

He takes time to answer questions whenever he is free.

@justwise, no two persons are exactly the same.

We all react differently to questions or enquiries.

And if the OP was a white man, I guess you wouldn't have scolded him the way you did......you will simply say, na so oyinbo dey do.

For me, the OP has done a good job so far.

Not everyone will accept this. It's okay. That's life for you.

The agent is simply acting as an agent.

The agent clearly told me that he is not forcing anyone to go through him......if you feel you can handle it yourself or you have someone else to do it for you...that you are free to go ahead....these are his words to me.

So, please let the OP be. You can choose to go with the agent or do it yourself. Highly optional please.

@benpedro
