I don't know if I should be angry or just smile and take it as it is. This is someone that I fed, I clothed despite us being closed friends since we were kids. He knows everything about me that my parents don't even know till dates..We could go to a gathering together and I will be the one ordering and paying for everything we bought even recently because I always acted like the big bro and he accepted I guess .. Just last week I saw it on his status about is house opening invite. I later got a dm from him that same evening telling me about it that I should come through.

It came as a surprise I admit, even though I know he was doing quite well for himself. I know some will call it entitlement mentality but since I considered we were close like a brother we even ate from same plate last 2weeks, I thought I should have known atleast.

Note: I noticed so many people will come in here to call me names, even some accusing me to be someone with bad motives and sort I smile. I am not here to criticize anyone or call names but it baffles me most time when I come online and see renowned celebrities, musicians, actors, footballers, pastors and even politicians come out to seek for financial aide when they are down with one problem or the other.

They should help set up a tax program or something for celebrities both old and young earning in the industry, nollywood, music wood, comedywood and even influencerwood.

My dad immediate elder brother who went to south africa in the 90s is back to drag their parents property claiming to be the first son.

This is someone who after he travelled only came back once and never bothered about the affair's of the family.

Their father my grandfather died 2005 he was no where to be found. my grand mother died 2018 still nothing from him.

No contributions whatever even while their parents was still alive.

He cut all sort of communications with them and now he's back to lay claim on the properties.

The family is angry but some of the elders in the extended family are getting on is side claiming he's still the senior he was never disowned but they can't say it out though.

It's obvious he came back with almost nothing and felt laying claims on their parent property is the back up plan

No will was written and some of the old buildings has been reconstructed from the scratch by my father and yet someone is laying claim on it.

I will like to know how this will go because my father is ready to fight this with his last strength and we the children are firmly behind him

Why is that when I give my parents money like 50 to 80k for upkeep within a month it's finished and I start getting calls and so forth which is quite okay. But when I am broke as in really broke that I can't even carter for something's myself my sisters comes in and from her low paying job she drops like 10k or thereabout that can take them for sometime with enough of gratitudes from them and they spend it quite well .
